Excellent service from AllSaints
Really pleased with my recent AllSaints order. The items arrived neatly and carefully packaged, and the delivery box itself felt luxurious and well presented, which made the whole experience feel very premium.
The DPD driver was also courteous, professional and friendly, delivering the package directly to my apartment door.
Overall, a great experience from ordering through to delivery. The quality of the presentation and service really stood out. I’d definitely order from AllSaints again!

Love the cut and design but not the fabric
I bought one of these shirts 2 years ago at a Nordstroms. Love it! My favorite shirt. I still love the cut and design, but these are made of lighter weight cotton fabric. Flimsier.

This was an all round positive experience with very prompt, next day delivery, free returns & a very quick refund.
Sadly the item I ordered was beautiful but I found they came up large & were too big for me. I was disappointed as they are beautiful & excellent quality. If I ordered the Frankie jeans again I’d size down. I’m a committed fan of All Saints clothing, particularly its jeans, boots & dresses.

Purchased in the sale as a gift for my daughter, who wanted a cross body bag. Absolutely delighted when it arrived but it wasn’t delivered in a box as I’ve had in All Saints deliveries previously, only wrapped up in a knocked about brown bag like a pair of old slippers. Nevertheless, the bag itself was lovely but unfortunately had to return as we couldn’t make the strap long enough. Shame because the colour was lovely too, more a brown with a hint of red.
