I wish they would have an actual costumer service. They only have an ai chatbot. No real people, no email for customer support. I know it's my fault that i didn't create my return by the given 28 days... See more

Partner brands are a nightmare to return
Have purchased River Island items through ASOS as a ‘brand partner’ but the returns process is a shambles. I have returned a few times using a QR code or through a link provided by ASOS, however a recent item did not come with an option to create a return through the ASOS app which was unusual so I contacted ASOS and they created the link and provided a QR code as I did not have a printer. Sadly ASOS provided a fake QR code that couldn’t be accepted by any EVRI parcel shop so I reached out to ASOS again and asked for help only to he told it was my problem I didn’t have a printer and I should ask a friend or the local library to print it for me. They also advised that they never give QR codes for partner brands even though I had been given them in the past. I asked to make a complaint and they told me that they were going to end the chat so I could not continue to talk with them. This is very frustrating as I was never rude during my chat and now I have an item that I can’t return.
Sizing is awful!!!
I used to like ASOS but over the last year or two their sizing is so off. It is awful to be ordering three sizes bigger than you are and it still not fitting. Makes you very insecure. Sizing needs to be more consistent. The material in a lot of their clothes has also gotten worst. Will not be shopping or supporting them again!!
Ordered yesterday 2/7/26 paid next day…
Ordered yesterday 2/7/26 paid next day delivery due for delivery today 3/7/26. Shock, asos have not sent the order out with a next day service despite charging me for this. Unable to speak to anyone except an AI chat bot that ends the chat when you ask for a complaints form.
This has happened on the 3 previous orders, but thought I’d give them the benefit of the doubt. Should have learnt from past experiences how unreliable asos are! I am now out of pocket again and without my order and ASOS could not care less.
You have lost a customer due to the now shocking customer service and unreliability. 1 star AVOID
What is going on with ASOS
What is going on with ASOS? I use to shop here all of the time, but looking at these reviews, something has obviously changed as the service is now appalling! Placed my order last Sunday, it's now Friday and it still hasn't been dispatched and no sign of it being dispatched! I wanted my order for this weekend, but now it won't be here and it won't let me cancel the order. Absolutely awful service- if there are big delivery delays at the moment, it would be a good idea to inform customers before placing an order, not after! I will never use ASOS again, service is the worst I have ever received, it's such a shame as it used to be a great place to shop.
Order on Thursday 2nd July 2026 and…
Order on Thursday 2nd July 2026 and order due for delivery on Friday 3rd July 2026. However, today (Friday) they have emailed to advise of a delay. Scripted customer service employees don’t understand consumer law in order to refund prior to despatch. Clueless incompetent company!!
Disgusting customer service
Disgusting customer service. Sat on the chat bot for over 2 hours. Spoke to 4 different people. One that ignored me for 40mins per message and the ended then ended the chat when I asked for a complaints form. Was then told by two other people they would email me to sort out my return. Still haven’t heard anything. My item I returned was sent back saying it had turnt up with perfume/odour or tags removed. Smells brand new and the tags are still all in tact. Been a valued customer for a long time with asos and always send my items back how they come. And still refusing a refund when there’s nothing wrong with the item. Even asked for it to be sent back and checked again and they said yes and then never sent me returns label
Order never arrived and they are…
Order never arrived and they are refusing a refund. Do not shop here whatever you do they are so awful
The pits. What has happened to ASOS?
Can’t speak to anyone who knows what they’re doing. Delivery is so slow. Can’t believe they’re still in business. Never again.
Lied about offering me free express shipping and charged me for it
Due to them damaging my package, they advised me if I paid for express shipping of €15.00 euro for the next package they would refund me it.
Fast forward and they said they wouldn’t be able to do that even though I had all the proof they said to re order and would….
Terrible experience from start to…it
Terrible experience from start to finish.
Placed order middle of May, received no order confirmation, PayPal took the payment immediately. Received no notification. Or order being sent. Waited few days contacted ASOS on chat and told order wasn’t received there end and must of been a computer glitch, I advised payment taken and was told would need to raise with PayPal and place order again. I placed order again and raised dispute with PayPal, Piecemeal responses received from ASOS through the PayPal dispute and then my original order suddenly arrives on the doorstep closely followed by my second order. Tried to return my one order as don’t need 2 and most painful experience ever trying to get this sorted as ASOS had no record of my order so didn’t show an order number in my account, then sent me QR codes that were to big to print off or screenshot. Finally got it right and retuned order, no refund received, waited the 2 weeks quoted for returns to be made contacted ASOS again on chat and after another extensive painful exercise to locate my return I was advised my refund had failed! No explanation as to what this meant or timeline given as to when my monies will be received I was simply told it would be looked into and escalated and I would hear something by email. Absolutely disgusting, still no refund or response from ASOS. Trading standards now being contacted and will be pursuing for compensation for breach of ASOS company terms and any interest lost from delayed payment. I would advise anyone thinking or ordering with this company to avoid at all costs they haven’t got a clue what they are doing and the customer service support is non existent
Been a loyal asos user for a long time
Been a loyal asos user for a long time. Customer service was always great. Used to be "wrong item sent? Sorry about that heres a gift card for the inconvenience", now its "wrong item sent? Hahaha you have to pay for the return because your return "score" is too low because we keep sending things incorrectly! Hahaha". Standard delivery 3-5 days you say? Oh we'll send it whenever we feel like, and you cant cancel it so just send it back at your own expense and we'll take the money for delivery and also lower your "score" even more despite not fulfilling our side of the sale agreement. Greedy and sloppy.
They really need to allow us zero star…
They really need to allow us zero star option on here!
What can I say about ASOS??? Avoid it? Don't waste your money? They lie? They cheat? They mislead customers? Just be careful using ASOS. If you can go with another provider then do so.
missing order and refusing to refund!!!!!
I ordered 3 dresses from them and they never arrived. I have contacted them and its only a stupid ai or chat function and you can't speak to a real person. They keep saying someone will get back to me but dont. I now have to contact my bank as ive ordered may even be fraudulent. they never used to be this bad. Don't use. they are SO Awful!!!!!!
failed deliveries
Placed an order, delivery failed twice despite me being at the delivery address. Parcel returned to ASOS with no option to get it back to me. I have to wait for the return to be processed and then re-order. No customer service available other than Ai chat.
Won't be using Asos again
The quality of ASOS clothing has…
The quality of ASOS clothing has declined significantly over the past few years, while prices have continued to increase. Many items feel cheaply made, and the sizing is often inconsistent, which results in more returns.
Another issue is that many products don’t have customer reviews. Reviews are essential when shopping online because they help customers decide on the quality and fit before purchasing. Without them, it’s much harder to make the right choice.
ASOS has now started charging me for returns because my return rate is considered too high. However, when the quality is poor, sizing is inconsistent, and there aren’t enough reviews to help customers make informed decisions, it’s unfair to penalise customers for returning unsuitable items. I used to buy and keep far more items in the past, but the decline in quality has made me shop there much less.
Openly breaking UK law
So my premier was set to auto renew and they took payment. I hopped on chat to cancel. Their website states within one month and not used it you can cancel. The chat advisor said the same thing.
The chat adviser then proceed to refuse to refund and instead tried to trick me into cancelling it from auto renewing in a years time. I explained I wanted a refund and for the impending membership not to renew.
The chat support said they couldn't do that. I stated it was my right under UK law to cancel. They said they would not refund
Will be doing a charge back and reporting then to trading standards.
What jokers! 😡
I ordered a belt for a birthday gift, paid £4.50 for postage nearly a week later still not here. Had no confirmation email until yesterday!! Now they are saying it’s running late. I now find out I have to wait another week!!!! NO ONE CARES!!! Looking at all these bad reviews I’m shocked that they are actually still running 🤷🏻♀️ I will never use them again & would advise everyone else not to bother either! What a joke!!!!
What has happened to ASOS
They have gone down hill lately, I always have credit balance due to gift cards and have never had issues with delivery till now.
You cannot get next day so why pay the subscription. Such a shame as used to be so good.
disgusting customer service
disgusting customer service, delayed my order, refused to let me cancel it as order delayed after their cancellation window, refused to exempt me from having to pay the return delivery fee, their whole return rate % is appalling anyway as their size guides are never accurate. ASOS do not care about their customers what so ever. will never order from them again.
A COMPANY THAT DOESN'T CARE
Almost 200,000 reviews, all of them awful, (and not one review replied to as you would expect with a decent professional company), says it all. The demise of ASOS cannot be far away, what a shame.
ASOS dropped almost their entire 'Tall' range 2-3 years ago, and now do not even offer a tall size t shirt, long or short sleeve. I used to spend over £1000 a year with ASOS, now however I cannot order a single thing because ASOS no longer sell tall staples.
