i am extremely happy with my new smile! before basma, my lower teeth were very crowded and i got to a point where i had to think twice before smiling. My experience with basma was very smooth from beginning to end and i managed to fix my smile from abroad! i was skeptical at the beginning about the possibility of doing so from the comfort of my house, however it tuned out to be a great experience with a super friendly, always available team. i strongly recommend basma.

Quick shipping, bed is as advertised, easy to assemble, looks darker them online, but I love it, specially with the low profile Serra mattress I have,,,

I found a beautiful sofa bed perfect for my small living room. The sales person was very helpful not pushy at all. The sofa was delivered and assembled without any problems. i will def buy all my furniture from them in the future.

It was supposed to be my birthday gift. The sofa was backordered, and we were supposed to wait for 2 month to get it. After the long long anticipation we find out that our order gets canceled without even notifying us. Turns out they don't have it, and probably will never have, even though it's listed on their website. We are really disappointed by this seller- all this wait and all for nothing.
It was the worst experience ever. NO communication on the order status and misrepresentation of the product availability on the ordering page.

Impressive selection of quality furniture. I have ordered a table set from them and it arrived in a top-notch condition. Will definitely use in the future.

The sectional is very good!. I'd give it 4 stars because it is softer than I like. It is comfortable, but I like harder seats.
