Great service!

We ordered the Milano double sink and during delivery it must have been dropped. I emailed Big Bathroom Shop on Saturday worried about a long drawn out negotiation about who was at fault. Instead I received an email Monday morning to say another was out for delivery. I’m looking forward to receiving the new sink, I can see it will be perfect when it is in one piece. The customer service has been easy, stress free and I will use the Big Bathroom Shop again.

Ordered a number of radiators for our refurbishment project. On delivery, one boxes had been damaged in transit. On inspection, the brackets for the radiator had been bent completely out of shape. Reached out to the customer service team (Shaunna and Lauren) and replacements were ordered and on their way in 24 hours. Excellent service recovery!

I had a small issue with my recent order and raised a chat query. Lea dealt with my problem quickly and ordered a replacement item which was dispatched the same day. We are in the final stages of a new-build home, and recently purchased some bathroom furniture from Big Bathroom Shop.

I became aware of this company by online searches. I browsed their website and found a wide variety of stylish vanity units.

I decided to purchase a number of these, along with the corresponding sinks and hardware.

The items were delivered very promptly and were all very securely packaged, so as to avoid potential damage in transit.

I did notice one trivial piece of hardware which appeared to be missing from the order, but a simple email to the customer service team, and the very next day a very helpful associate called Mariyum reached out to me and had a replacement part already shipped - no fuss whatsoever.

All-in-all, I would highly recommend Big Bathroom Shop, and will certainly be a returning customer in the future.

After buying a bargain second hand product I soon realised it was missing key components to make it usable for my bathroom.

I made a mistake with the style of shower screen on my order which I noticed after delivery. The customer service team (jack&tilly) helped me to sort it out and made what I thought was a huge mistake on my part, easy to get the right shower screen asap. Fantastic customer service would highly recommend, great products too!

Our recessed shower head split after 13 months and resulted in water spraying on the ceiling. The shower head had a manufacturers guarantee of 10 years. I recorded a video, emailed customer services and within 2 hours of the team starting their day Monday morning I received confirmation of a replacement being sent. Arrived Weds and fitted.
