I contacted the company via email regarding a duplicate payment for a service booked through their platform; the response was quick, and after I simply sent the receipts and relevant information, they processed the refund promptly and without any issues.

I needed help from their customer support team to resolve a tax-related issue and get a refund. The agent, Iqbal, was proactive and helpful throughout, and my query was closed quickly.

Somtimes crypto delayd if you buy somthing instead of ETH but they usually send crypto in 2 buisness days

UPD: After my POSITIVE review they have blocked my account without any reason. Soooo I have change my opinion)

I was depositing roughly 350$ to Dmarket and made a mistake on my end by selecting the wrong chain network. Asked for a refund, Iqbal was very fast with the support and the team dealt with the refund without any delays.

It has been 2 days already and I received 0 notifications about refund. It has been processing refund all the time now and yet they still havent done anything. Idk, cant rely.

It was the details and the fact that it was easy to glide through the process.

Sold Bitcoin with Ledger and Coinify sent the money. My first bank had blocked the money. Contacted support and they helped me perfectly. Got the money without any problems to another bank. Support worked trustful and fast.

One of the buggiest and most confusing experiences I have every had. I have a total of 7 credit and debit cards, and coinify only accepted one of them once. Every other attempted transaction was denied on their end. Do not recommend!

I've been working with Coinify for 9 years and have always been satisfied. Fast and consistently accurate service, and the support has always been quick and competent.

Reliable and fine exchange! Nice user interface and easy way to export your data.

If you want to lose your money then use coinify. i wanted to make a transfer even besides their HUGE comissions, handling fêes and worst rate in the market, they kept my money for more than a week without sending me any crypto or giving me updates, they required exxtra KYC which I complied to. then silent, wouuld not give more updates. then they say they reject the transfer and will start a refund on their side, not without charging me 20 EURO "handling fee" because they want. THIEVES. DO NOT USE UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR TIME AND MONEY

*** UPDATE: 5 days passed since this initial review was posted, 7 days payment delay, for a payment received in their end 2 weeks ago! Last answer from support was yesterday morning, saying "From our side there's nothing pending, it should be processed until the end of the day". Nothing was received, nothing was sent, and support tickets from today were ignored. USE COINIFY ONLY IF YOU DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR MONEY AT ALL! ***

From the moment a payment was received on their end they just treat it like it's theirs. They might send it, they might keep it, all depends on their good will. No responsibility what so ever, their client is the last in line.

Same with their support. No phone, no way to contact except email, they might answer, they might not... they might take a day or two, they might take a week, they might take two weeks....

Use them only if you really don't care about your money and willing to wait for it forever, with no one to even talk to.

I sent money to wrong wallet, but they refunded everything and all good - overall good experience
