We ordered Asperasgus at Blomsterverden. I planted them and waiting to watch them grow.

They still haven’t answered me, so since I’m tired of trying to get some help for the whole month - I just leave 1*. They had some error in a system, I bought a sold out plant and without any contact with me they sent me some substitues. I asked about it - nothing. No refund, just randomly they sent me something I already have… I ordered asparagus and I got 3 plants rotten. I wrote an another email about it and nothing. It was written on their page that shipping is in 3-4 days. I ordered many dahlias etc 6.04, I received my order 24.04 and only because I called them a week before, when actually they said it will be shipped even that week. Again-nothing. There is no updates on an order for a very long time until they ship it. Nothing. Page also didn’t work well. And I tried calling for 2 days, also I was writting emails, but AI is responding all the time and there is no response when you ask for a person to talk.
Such a huge choice of plants, but such an awful customer service.

You did what you said you would do, good product shipped in a timely fashion, perfect.

Helpful in getting my order finally delivered after it was delayed due to lack of all items.....then had to be tracked because BRING had not delivered after over 6 days of having collected the package. When the package arrived every item was included. Sowed the seeds immediately but surprised that the seeds state an approximate quantity which was always less than the quoted amount. I just hope that all the 27 seeds per 5 packages grow into plants!

Very informative from the order placement to how to plant the purchased items. Ecological and conscious packaging. Would order my roses from there too :-)

My order was in good time and items were packed very well. Each packet had instructions on planting and were all good. And a lovely 'thank you' card. Now we look forward to spring

The dalia tubers were broken and I dont think it will bloom because there were no connection between the body and the neck.
