I would highly recommend CDiscount in France. Our Hisense fridge freezer was delivered 7 days after it was ordered and we were kept informed every day. The price was good and the service excellent.
I would like to say a special thanks to Fangama Kamano, the delivery man, who was so kind and helpful.

I am giving Cdiscount 5 stars only so that you will read my review. They are simply the worst company ever. They allow sellers to sell fake products on their site and then disclaim all responsibility. In my case a mobile phone. Motorola Razr 60. I recieved a second hand fake that was rooted and so insecure. Banks will not accept their use for mobile banking. Cdiscount are advising I take a refund but I demand that they send my order. Please do not use this company

We ordered and payed for a tent using a big part of my husbands illicado cards from his work .. for some reason cdiscount annuled the command .. we just went to order something else with our cards and a message came up that our illicado cards are empty .. c discount regulate this immediately.. we order a lot from you .. I where is our money .. furious

I had a delivery issue, they were very fast to react. They even compensate some of the transport fee. Very efficient as i get the partial refund few hours after.

I received a email from Damien yesterday about my money that Cdiscount don't want to release. I was asked to fill in the information from and return the form. I did not receive any form, and all of trustpilot's email addresses are a no reply adress. So please let me know how I can reach you

CDiscount always delivers with good refurbished products... can't beat it : )

There was a very good deal on Lego, but something went wrong when I tried to checkout. I contacted support, and even though the deal had expired, the agent Sam gave me a coupon to compensate the missed discount.

Second post reply; I attempted to call the number given without success. I called my phone company for help and this did not solve the problem. Why is this company so difficult to contact? Why doesn't this company want my money?

Post reply; I did find the phone number under General Terms and Conditions of Sale, Wow what an interesting place to hide a phone number. But thank you for the info. I will call and make another attempt today. I really want to use this web site. There is mountains of stuff. Thank you.

I am unable to buy anything on this site. I have tried to contact customer service and was ONLY able to connect through WhatsApp. This was not a good experience because you have to wait about 3 munities each time you type a reply or question before you get an answerer and the follow up also takes about 3 minutes each time. Still I persisted. They ended up blaming my bank. What happened was that each time I tried to use the web site to make a buy, the card was not accepted. However it did invalidate my pin for my card. So now I have to go to town and fix this issue. I called my bank and the problem IS NOT WITH MY BANK. I need to find something better than TEMU to order stuff. I was hoping this site would be that... Why does the web site encourage phone calls when there is not a phone number that works from Portugal? Their web site is useless and the customer service is just not experienced enough to help. VERY DISSAPOINTED.

How can we please get some help from Cdiscount? We invested a lot of money in this company and when it comes to the pay out there is always a story of some sort! Customer service is useless with help!
