A bit of a delay in delivery, but the content was as expected, so overall the impression was positive as before.

Twice in as many days that my order(s) has not arrived. My house is numbered front and rear. There is even a huge parcel box in my front yard. No attempt whatsoever was made by Evri to deliver to my address. I am now missing all my orders. Evri may as well have drop kicked my parcel into a random garden. This is unacceptable

Good price but you have to pay too much for fight. So you only shop from you when i find a good price so it together With The freight Will be vetter than to shop it from sweden. If I was 4 to 5 £ i should shop morgon from you.

Package arrived on time, but items sent were several sizes smaller than the items ordered.

Whilst I was happy with the range of product you hold and costs there is an issue I have. It seems impossible to amend my delivery date of my bike and also be in a position to let you know via your website. You should have a real contact us link so customers can get in touch. I needed to change my delivery date as my brother is not around on the date the delivery is to be made. I assume I have to do this with the courier but it is not a feature of your delivery date options. I would appreciate if you could chase this up. Thanks

Your courier delivered it to the wrong address now I have to fight to get my parcel

size chart for the products are difficult to find. In old version web page, size chart is attached to the product beside the size button.

I paid for next day delivery as I needed them in a hurry . They have not been delivered on the next day

The speed my product I purchased to turn up was absolutely amazing. I was worried that a part that broke would stop me from riding the weekend,disappeared as chain reaction had it in stock and delivered it in less than 24hrs

I've used this company several times.

I bought a brand x dropper post to replace a previous one from a different merchant I had to send back after only one day.

I chose brand x because it seemed to have a different mechanism and come with instructions ,from videos I have watched ,however ,I was horrified when I received it because it had exactly the same mechanism as the one that broke and no instructions.

So, I struggled to assemble it. I don't know how they expect normal everyday people to be able to connect these things.

Once assembled pleased to say it works and it works far more efficiently than the previous one, which imploded pretty quickly.

I paid a premium £9.99 for next day delivery as this was a time sensitive purchase and I did not get it the next day.

If this post lasts more than six hours ,like my last one failed to do, I'll be impressed.

Fantastic company. I hadn't counted on a more than 50% "tariff" so I had to abort shipping here to the US. Chain Reaction Cycles could have said the seat post was lost and never returned to them, but they didn't, and gave me a full refund. I really wish I could have bought from them, but thanks to some horrible US policies, I couldn't afford to.

I ordered a tyre and you sent the incorrect size. I could find no phone contact details that worked so I e-mail your customer service and have received no answer. The parcel is too big for regular post. In this situation I would expect you to collect the incorrect tyre and deliver the correct size I ordered. A poor service
