Might think it’s a good sunbed place witch it is until u get a subscription and they take £45 pounds out your account for canceling and even when u cancel u have more money coming out I think its a brag and this happens to a lot of people very crafty people I phones up and the women was very rude

Whilst the studio is very clean and modern and using is really easy, the unlimited tanning subscription is very misleading I would say false advertising . You can only use the beds with a 48 hour gap in between visits and a maximum of 12 minutes each time anything more and you have to pay £1 per minute. I did not know this prior to signing up. Over all I don’t think the beds are the best tanners Indigo suns beds seem a lot more powerful that being said Club Tan work out a lot cheaper you just have to have the time to make more visits each week to get the most out of it. I’ve had around 6 sessions and tan very easily however I am no where near as brown as I would be with 6 sessions at indigo sun .

I had a great experience at clubtan Baywater. The shop was smart and very clean, my best sun bed experience to date! The team working there were super nice and accommodating. Both Phoebe and Charlie booked me in and helped me through the process. I will definitely be returning!

I recently visited the new salon in Bayswater which was offering an unlimited minutes introductory offer. The sign-up process was easy, I signed-up online before visiting the salon and just had to verify my details when I arrived. The staff were so helpful, helped me complete the process and showed me around. The facilities are amazing, new beds, dry shower, complementary eye protection, pre and post tanning lotions. The salon is new with new beds, a really fantastic experience. Now that I have signed-up for the monthly subscription, they are going to be seeing a lot more of me! I really can't recommend this place enough! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It's spacious and clean. The attendents are temporary but give a nudge in the right direction when needed, eager to sign you up for membership and help you get your feet on the ground. Beds are massive, with paid £1.50 per or £3 for whole month on bronzing lotion whilst the aftersun is free. Beds have tubes, also have four specialised face lamps, 2 side + 2 facing down. I can hounestly say that within 3 visits I was very dark, usually i dont even notice i have a tan at places like indigo after paid 60mins, The machine meassures your pigmentation in you arm whilst reading your finger print, then allocates you minuites which you can bump up to 12 mins, you can add more than it says but you will have to pay, but today it gave me 13m20s. Pair phone to sunbed for own music, fully controlled by the in bed screen, Speakers are A bit rubbish would have been great if they had bose.
Just A little worried where I noticed that there was A 30 days notice of cancelation period, unnecessarily though, so If you cancel on any given month you are tied into the next month also, But still £45 for 60+ days is very good Eh! although its probably better to stay a member if you want to use all year round as it stays fixed at the price your membership bacame active. Highly recommend even if you just want to be A member for A few months. Beware though its getting very popular and very busy. you are responsible to clean as yo go for the next person, Clean sunbed after use, handle, door handle.

A complete waste of time!
I wasted half an hour of my lunch break signing up, it was slow! I verified my age through my bank, it was painfully slow reading my fingerprint then…..hey presto….a welcome email! Hoorah i thought!
I then tried 4 times to sign in first using my fingerprint then using my user name to no avail. It just flashed up a red screen and went back to the age verification screen!
Back to Consol for me i guess!!

Exeter branch, Great place, the lady helped me sign up, it was a bit faffy but we did it in the end. It's very clean, calming and I felt great afterwards

Today I’ve made a mistake by pressing start when there was only 10 min, instead of adding more minutes to my time (usually I do 20). But I have 15 min free, every other day. So I was have to go for 10 min anyways. After I come out I’ve decided to call to a costumer service in hope to get the rest 5 min so I don’t have to pay a full price. The lady on the phone was very kind and helpful, she said that there’s no problem and I can get my leftover minutes for free. I ask if I can pay extra and get 10 min (20 in total). She said I shouldn’t be worried and today I can get it for free. It was a small gesture but it felt very nice. So thank you 🙏🏼

Had issues with the fingerprint recognition and the customer service was helpful and fixed the issue on spot, helping me sign in without it and being very nice and polite meanwhile. I was very satisfied afterwards. Thank you!

I had not read the terms properly and so i was playing for their unused service. When i realised this i contacted club tan and told them about my problem. Although i was not able to get reimbursed for past payments, the customer service was understanding and was able to help me above and beyond what could be expected. Also, whenever an issues occurred in the center the customer service was able to help above and beyond expectation.
The single issue I have with Club tan is that they do not have a toilet in my local tan saloon.

I had a very good experience with clubtan. I had a small problem with my fingerprint but after calling the help I could change the fingerprint and it everything worked fine😊
