Great parts selection. Also helpful to have the parts diagrams. Fair prices. But the delivery was really slow and the bombardment of emails with updates about when the items were in stock was way too much, I’ll buy again but please speed up delivery

I’m French, and before placing my order I sent several emails to make sure I was ordering the correct product. Unfortunately, when it arrived, it was nothing like what I had requested.
It seems that everyone just forwards emails to someone else, and there is no proper follow-up or coordination at all.

Late and order had to be cancelled
Unfortunately the goods were packed late, missed their courier collection and would have arrived too late. I cancelled the order and that cancellation took place efficiently. I would see what can be done to speed packing as other suppliers seem to be quicker.
