I wait apprx. a month for a key. Nobody answers me, no refund, on the main site since weeks the following: "In order to perform site maintenance, our online shop is closed temporarily. We apologize for the inconvenience and ask that you please try again later."

Poor response from support (none)...

Pre-ordered a game (second time) and they promise delivery on release day. But again, no delivery... Wrote support for two days, but no response. Opend case with PayPal, and got money refunded...

Don't pre-order games here if you expect delivery on release day.

From the get-go like many others I was VERY skeptical to fall into the 'very low price tag' for Windows licenses. I still went ahead and gave it a shot.
Long story short, the key failed to activate not because it was counterfeited/used but rather because of my particular case.
I emailed support with minutes after it failed, support responded back to me within hours the same day and continued so for three days until my problem was resolved.
I commend the folks in support and most importantly the business especially in today's age of online scams.

I've been purchasing games from D2P since 2012. They offer some of the best prices on newer games that I've ever seen, and their customer service is impeccable. Any issues I've had were resolved almost immediately, no matter what time of day, or day of the week.

I was skeptical of buying a key online but I paid a great price and got my product and it worked 100%. There was a small problem with a purchase promo that they fixed the next day.

I recently bought a GTA V key off of Direct2Play and was having issues with the activation due to an issue on rockstars part. I contacted both the D2P support and Rockstar support on the same day and when it took about 4 days to get a single reply from rockstars support team in a single day I had multiple responses from the D2P support answering all of my questions and attempting to fix the problem. I have been using Direct2Play for multiple years now and I love ever bit of the experience, from customer service to the quality and speed at which I receive my products and support. Keep up the good work guys!

I haven't been buying all that many games, but when i do, Direct2play is the first site that comes to mind simply because fast and excellent delivery and customer service .... hope everyone gives them a chance...

The first time you make a pruchase is a little bit tricky. It requires an text message activation that you need to do after you payd for your product.
A little tricky but if you carefully read the instructions you will get it right. Otherwise the costumer support is fast and they are very helpfull.
But once you get past that first purchase. Its all go in and buy away!
Want a brand new game for under 40 bucks? maybe even 30? Direct2play is an awesome site with awesome prices. You buy the game and to your e-mail get sent the Steam/Origin activation key for that product. You just type it in. And its activated to your Steam/Origin account :)

Never had any issues with d2p. Consistently the best prices and fast service.
