I ordered a game on March 3rd and paid right away,but it never showed up. Tried emailing customer service a few times,no reply. Knda disappointingsince i was really looking forward to it.

I placed an order for a game key (Solasta). 24hrs later, the order had still not gone through. I received an email cancelling the order. Here is the text of the email:

"We would like to inform you that your order to DLGamer is going to be canceled for one of the following reasons:

- Several purchases with a single or multiple credit cards;
- Using multiples DLGamer accounts;
- Using an Unverified Paypal account;
- Using a VPN or Proxy;
- incoherent personnal informations provided by customers;
- Unanswered or Missing mobile or landline verifiction request;
- Cancellation asking on your side;
- Refund request due to a mistake.
- Using a company credit/debit card to purchase video games on our store"

They couldn't even tell me WHY the order was cancelled, or even if it was on my side (it wasn't).

Waste of time.

i bought a key.

after 5 hours of "waiting up to 30minutes for your first order" i havent got my key. order needs to be "verified by the team". i asked them to cancel, and besides being supposedly 24/7 in reach for their customers, still no reply after 6 hours. so its morelikely a scam. propably bought the first reviews or actually gave the keys before to look legit, before turning into a scam.

It's either a scam or their site is very laggy and their system (or) personnel not very responsive. Bought a steam key - still waiting for it. will never buy from them and will ask 'isthereanydeals' site to remove them from their lists. They might have great prices, but the wait time after successful payment is VERY terrible. This is the longest out of all stores I'm waiting for the key after confirmed paypal transaction.

Update: got the key after like 9-10 hour wait. That's terrible!

Purchased a key that was on sale via PayPal and it was available to me in less than a minute. Probably the fastest I've gotten a key, and I've bought many before. Great experience!

Ordered a key, paid for it through paypal. Got an additional request to provide my mobile phone number (why after ordering?)

End of the Story:
I didnt receive the key, they cancelled the order. Now i have to wait for my refund. (According to their mail, up to 7 days.)

I tried purchasing a key for Helldivers 2, the payment went through, then an automatic message told me there was a problem and I got a refund. I never got the key OR my money back, AND nobody is answering my emails.

I waited almost a full month. NOTHING. Scam.

Easy/quick - just like it should be!

i made an order for almost a day and its still to be verificatied by their team. No reply from support nor any help.

Easy to use website that has been around for a while now and another great source of competition for sales of digital games.

I made a first purchase and it was perfect, they gave me the key quickly, now I made the same purchase to give to a friend and I'm waiting a day and they don't give me the key or give me any money back. If they give me the key I'll upload the note. The truth is, it's a good page and it has good prices.

I bought a good game at a reasonable price. The game key delivery came quickly as well

Great customer service. Instantly refunded a wrong order, gave store credit and didn't remove the game code from my account (gave a wrong key for a game)

I purchased an item which was incorrectly listed an in effect I got completely different title. I realised only after activating the product and contacted DLGamer. They quickly confirmed an error on their side and refunded my purchase. I will be definitely coming back.

Bought a game key for New Rest for the Wicked and recieved a copy of GOONS: Legends and mayhem.

I had a disappointing experience with this company due to their lack of communication. Despite the product being listed as 'in stock' when I placed my order, I waited 19 hours without receiving any updates. To my surprise, my order was suddenly cancelled without any prior notice. What's worse, the cancellation notification provided a generic list of possible reasons without specifying the actual cause, none of which applied to my situation.

It's disheartening to see such disregard for customers, especially after they've already processed payment. If there's a delay or an issue fulfilling orders, transparency is key. Either accurately reflect stock availability or promptly inform customers of any setbacks. The silence in this case speaks volumes about their professionalism—or lack thereof.
