Absolute scam artists

Absolute scam artists. Booked a trip which flight was cancelled via airline. Fine, out of Edreams control. Not an issue. When I requested my refund they are going to give me half the amount. Half was paid by a voucher from Edreams side so when Wizzair refunded half the amount, that is all I will receive. Do not use this company, just go direct with Airline.

🚨🚨🚨🚨I am really sorry sorry to write this reviews about their service which is very very bad and they still didn’t issues my refund after 3 Monds of cancelled the flight. I talked with airways they told they already refund the money but EDreams have no respond about it. I am still waiting for my refund 😰😰.🚨🚨

I had a really friendly phone operator and customer service experience today. Very kind and helpful service received and everything was well explained and quickly resolved and I received a really good offer. It was a no-brainer to stay with Edreams as a Prime member. Thank you.

eDreams turned out to be a highly misleading company

eDreams turned out to be a highly misleading company. A couple of weeks ago, I visited their website to book a ticket. They offered an option to “hold” the ticket price for seven days for just $1. It sounded like a good deal, so I entered my credit card details and allowed them to charge the $1. At that time, the ticket price was $1750.

Six days later, when I returned to finalize the booking, they informed me that the price had increased to $2500. I was extremely disappointed and decided not to proceed. I left their site and booked my ticket elsewhere, assuming that was the end of the matter.

Today, I discovered they had charged my credit card $17.99 without my knowledge. When I called their customer service— which is not a free number, so I was charged for the call— the representative told me this was a monthly membership fee. I never knowingly signed up for any membership. He claimed they had sent an email, but since I didn’t complete the booking with them, I had no reason to check their emails again.

They took advantage of this and withdrew money from my account without my consent. I asked the representative to cancel the membership, and he did, but the entire situation was extremely frustrating. Because of their misleading $1 “price hold” policy, I ended up losing money and wasting time.

I strongly urge customers to be cautious when dealing with eDreams and to think twice before sharing credit card details with them.
