This is the worst ever company to deal with took 14 days to deliver sent wrong size delivery was in three parts and the bubble wrap was rubbish to say the least AVOID AT ALL COSTS

rude, unhelpful, unethical
After ordering for several years I phoned to place a repeat order as the same quantity was no longer showing on the website. Agent said she would honour the original price and took my payment over the phone. Weeks later I found I had been charged quite a bit more when I checked my card statement (they never bothered to send the invoice as requested).
Agent was extremely unhelpful and a manager never bothered to ring back.
Never again will I order from this bunch, they cannot be trusted with your credit card details, as simple as that.

Sent wrong size envelopes, they had changed size without telling me, took them back,and complained about shoddiness, were very rude,have decided I can get better quality and service elsewhere.....

Low price. Next day courier delivery.
Will buy from again once they reopen after the fire.

Dreadful service, rude, unhelpful
Absolute rubbish. I had been a loyal customer of this company for years. They recently started surcharging for deliveries to my area, but despite ordering over the phone didn't inform me. They then cancelled my order and refunded me without notifying me as I hadn't paid the £25 charge they didn't tell me about. When I complained they decided to refuse to supply me any more. Unbelievable.

Poor Customer service, USELESS Products
Avoid at all costs! Envelopes are totally useless, the bubble inside is thin offering little protection and the sides of the bags continuously tear. We have contact them at least 10 times and had no reply...
