I've always bought from here never had to send anything back fantastic products at very good prices highly recommend staff extremely friendly always a bonus having the warehouse on your door step saving on pp.
Paid £61 for two items on 25th May
Paid £61 for two items on 25th May, it took until 30th May to say dispatched, DPD website says since 1st June it is waiting for the items to dispatch. It is obvious the cmpany has gone to the wall! Paid with Paypal they say there is no chance of a refund.
Was a good company over the last 10 years, but no longer so !

This company used to be fantastic, went downhill a few years back and my latest order was put on hold for two weeks. Luckily I was refunded after phone calls, emails and messages to the terrible customer service.

Rubbish website and rude call handlers
Tried to order a new bridle on 16/05/17.
Needed it urgently so chose express next day delivery at checkout. However when the order confirmation email came through it stated it was being delivered by standard delivery.
I called the office and the woman was rude and defensive from the start. She said it must be because it wasn't in stock, however as I explained to her the website said it was. She then checked the stock and agreed it was in stock, so went off to see if it could be added to the delivery van for next day delivery.
Came back on the phone to advise me that the courier had already left for the day (this was still before 6pm- the cut off for NDD) so it couldn't be ordered in time now.
Why have a 6pm cut off if your courier leaves before then, so it wouldn't have been delivered next day anyway, even though I'd paid for it??
When I said I wasn't happy with this she accused me of shouting at her and threatened to terminate the call. Didn't shout at all, just queried re the courier leaving as above and said I thought it was a joke.
Told her to cancel the order and I would take business elsewhere. It was already too late to order anywhere else for NDD so no point ordering now. She then said she couldn't because the order wasn't on her screen!
Didn't receive a cancellation email the next day, so called and spoke to someone else (who was much more polite and willing to help) who advised me it hadn't been cancelled! If I hadn't rang they would have just kept the money, I suspect.
First time using them but will never use again.

There was one occasion when I thought I'd been waiting a while longer than usual, so phoned and got immediate explanation. Received goods a little while later. Excellent service, great prices and bargains. Lovely folk to deal with on phone .will continue to support this company. Many thanks.

I purchased a stockman waxed coat from this company through PayPal but unfortunately their sizings were odd and I found the coat to be unfit for purpose. To return an item to them you are advised by their website to email them and they will then send you the return address and they advise you return the item recorded delivery which I did to the letter. NO REFUND! even though the returned item was tracked and signed for the very next day at the address that Equestrian Co gave.They insist they have not received the item so will not refund me. PayPal were sympathetic but totally useless at obtaining a refund on my behalf so I'll contact trading standards via Citizens advice. I will pursue this but in the mean time as you can see from the bad reviews Equestrian Co are receiving on here I advise you avoid this company and look elsewhere as there are plenty of respectable traders out there and nobody needs this hassle when purchasing goods online.

I placed my order on Friday 28th April at 3.00pm and it arrived on Saturday afternoon 29th. April. I only paid for standard delivery and was not expecting the delivery until at least the following Wednesday.
Not only was I nicely surprised at the delivery but the Ariat boots that I had ordered were absolutely superb. Look good and fitted like a pair of gloves.
No answer on the phone
I ordered two jackets and then cancelled the order when they didn't arrive in time . The jackets were dispatched anyway , I had to return them.
Six weeks later I am still waiting for my refund . My emails are not answered and I cannot get through on the phone. I have bought from this company in the past and the service is excellent but this unacceptable.
Unreliable and poor customer service
I placed an order that was put on hold due to one item being out of stock, I have responded with a replacement for that item and they sent half my order. The other half is outstanding, only one item was out of stock, therefore i have contacted them to ask when the other half will be sent and they have ignored me. These are items I need urgently and they are items that I have paid for therefore i have a right to know when i will receive them, but it seems that they are not interested in providing a good customer service. I've now asked for the items to be sent or a refund given as I don't like to deal with companies that have poor standard of service.
A response to PAYING customers can make all the difference with satisfaction. If there is a delay then have the decency to make customers aware.

I have brought aa number of products from equestrian.com they have all been as described been abssolute bargins and arrived so quickly i have been amazed was so pleased with my last order i ordered some more and i got so choclate mimi eggs yum 😀😀😀 well done guys you did a great job for me keep it up

The worst ever online retailer of equestrian products! Never again!
Never again! This company is on a market for years and I already had a terrible experience, after which decided to never buy from them. But they have attractive prices and inexpensive shipping for certain orders $$$. Since I live In Cyprus and shipping costs are always very high I risked again and bought 3 rugs from them last year. These miraculously arrived in timely manner and I thought my bad experience was accidental. NO! The arriving of the goods in 2 weeks was accidental luck. THIS IS THE WORST EVER ONLINE EQUESTRIAN RETAILER! I ordered a number of goods almost 5 weeks ago. The goods never arrive ( waiting for more than a month now), the communication is simply insulting as they diligently tell you lies in every enquiy re. your order. Nothing else is happening. The goods I desperately need are not despatched, to fight for the refund would be even a bigger pain.
I am livid with myself that in order to save some money I got into the same trap twice. But my advice to you is please, you better pay 20% more anywhere else and have 0% headaches.
Lightning service March 2017
Telephoned a query about a coat at 4pm and was sufficiently confident to place the order over the phone. Jacket arrived less than 24 hours later, with Yodel - which has had some bad press so thumbs up to them, too.
Very happy with the coat, too!

Excellent
I find this company excellent. They've a vast current range. The staff are extremely nice and helpful. I've placed 3 orders with them and will continue to shop with them.
One order was delayed by a week however they kept me up to date on the expected delivery date and gave me a discount on my next order. The order was placed over Christmas so it was a very busy time of the year. I don't know of many companies that would have gone to the same effort

Do not order
I ordered a half pad and a bit nearly two months ago and after contacting them various times was told it had finally been dispatched, this was after a month of ordering. Unfortunately the tracking still says it hasn't moved from the warehouse and I just keep getting told it will be with me next week every time I ask.
I had only heard good things about this company but I guess there has been a change in management or something similar because even if my order eventually gets here I will not be ordering anything from them again.

I did not expect an Amazon Prime Service Level , but
today it is March 14 th. My order was placed jan., 28.
I am still waiting for the delivery of order W-4077446.
The tracking link, send to me, shows, that order is still sitting in a warehouse. Every 2-3 days I am contacting customer service w/o result. The problem is obviously with postal provider. But after nearly 2 months a shipment of new products or refund should have been offered. A very disappointed german customer!!!
