Facebook customer service is HORRIBLE. My account was deactivated for no reason and then there were technical issues verifying my identity so my appeal was denied. I made a new account and now the same thing is happening and they only have META AI customer support. Are you all that cheap that you can't give human beings jobs to fix issues?

After over a year off of Facebook I thought I'd have a look... unfortunately Facebook has now followed YouTube down the road of trying to extort money off of Facebook users to cut out adverts on Facebook...who is keeping an eye on how these crooks operate?...its like the Mafia of the Internet pay us money and we'll spare you the adds!!!

Facebook, from their security team, sent me a message that my account was hacked from an IP from Singapore and gave me a link to check it out. Unfortunately, they deactivated my account, and I could not access the link. Tried to contact them, but all attempts were never answered. The problem was that when I was hacked, someone uploaded pictures to my ID verification that lets say were not good. Either way, I don't care any longer because they in my opinion lean far left.

A couple months ago I signed up for a Facebook account to buy and sell on Marketplace. This week I signed into my account on a desktop (yes, I have it on my phone as well). As soon as I login I received an alert on the right of my screen that was in a blue outlined box with and enveloped telling me to click on it and read immediately. As soon as I did, I knew my account had been compromised because hundreds of boxes began to populate. I forcefully shut down my computer. I went to phone and to my Facebook app and all seemed well there. So, I went to the help section and notified Facebook to report it and to request help. I tried to set up a two-part authentication but each time I would receive a pop up explain Facebook was sending me a text code. I never received any of the codes. Today using a different login platform, I received a notification that Facebook was disabling my account permanently because I had been hacked and it did not follow their community standards on account integrity. It also stated that I was unable to request another review on this decision. If my account was hacked and I took the proper precautionary steps and reported it then why has my account now been permanently deactivated instead of helping me and going after whoever hacked my account. All the hours I spent photographing every item I had to posted to sell at every angle, all of the editing, all of the removing my location from each photo, all my detailed write ups and posting efforts gone just like that. Not to mention my desktop computer has now too been compromised. So many claim that Facebook is so amazing and I am left thinking no, no it is not.

Meta permanently banned my Facebook and Instagram accounts in error. I paid for Meta Verified to speak with a live agent, who reviewed my account and confirmed I did nothing wrong. Despite finding no policy violations, support claimed they cannot reverse the permanent ban. I have lost access to essential support groups and resources over a mistake their system made and their staff refuses to correct.

Awful site what has happened to FB was never like this last year! Videos fail to upload if you post pic and then view it and go back once it throws to home pages of things you didnt want to see! Its just become awful im thinking of deleting it permanently

I'm trying to verify my identity on Facebook because I've confirmed this is not a user error it's a backend bug and Facebook's support infrastructure has no functional way to escalate it!!
Timeline:
My account was randomly flagged for identity verification with no explanation. Every ID upload attempt (government national ID, birth certificate) returned "Error, please try again later." I tested this exhaustively over 3+ weeks:
Every platform: Facebook, Facebook Lite, mbasic, desktop web, mobile app
Every browser: Chrome, Firefox, Brave, Incognito mode
Every network: home Wi-Fi, mobile data, Tor Browser
Every file format: JPG, PNG, JPEG
All official recovery paths: /checkpoint, /hacked, Accounts Center, direct contact forms all loop back to the same broken flow by the way

This is Facebook's own server confirming: that I can't re upload. Their own system says retrying won't help. yet the only "support" path offered to users is to keep retrying.
This isn't an isolated case. The exact same error code (1675030, field_exception) appears in a completely unrelated Facebook Developer Community thread from users unable to upload App Review videos with zero response from Meta after weeks and other users openly asking if anyone has found a way to contact Meta about it.
The core problem:
This isn't about one broken feature. It's that Facebook has automated identity verification tightly to account access but has no functioning escalation path when that automation breaks. A confirmed backend exception by Facebook's own error data leaves ordinary users with zero route to a human reviewer.... Support forms loop back into the same broken automated flow. There is no visible acknowledgment, no status page entry, no ETA.
For a platform this size
gating account access behind an unmonitored automated system with no human fallback is a serious support design failure not just a bug

Would never trust anything advertised on Facebook. They block you from making a comment that isn’t positive for some of the scam products they allow in their app. Facebook is one of the most untrustworthy companies I’m aware of.

Be careful with your purchases via marketplace, we all already know of scammers but the protected purchase that facebook offers is absolute false, reported a purchase that turned out to be a scam i figured no biggie its protected. Reported the situation someone from support emailed me back or AI stating id be receiving a refund for this purchase waited 3 weeks still no refund I reported back to support and they said sorry we cannot help further. So their protected policy is bullshit

Facebook is the most biased and racist social media platform out there ! I've seen middle eastern people say death to Americans and I've seen African Americans say kill all whites and yet their videos stay up and don't get suspended. Now myself on the other hand can't fart the wrong way and I have a suspended account for 7 days. 30 days or longer! Was talking to someone about hunting and boom suspension for over thirty days that was actually supposed to be up today yet here we are still suspended... Getting really angry at face book .they ban you and there's no recourse.there was a very important post referenc8ng woke judges who are not treating rape seriously and are letting rapists free. So i c9mmented as I feel extremely strong about this ' and all the message said is exactly that I was tired of these judges ' rape is rape regardeless of yhe actions and they should be fired for letting these people off.
The flagged it as child sexploitation' there was no pictures nothing. How it made a connection between to the 2 baffles me.

On Facebook there is more spam and scam rather than post of family or friends. It's gating worse everyday.
