Ordered the lovely shorts, which arrived nicely on time for me to be able to take them on holiday

Very easy to ordered on line then pickup from local store.
Staff always friendly and helpful.

I have been told from enquiries about my order of 2nd August that the item is out of stock, i am being refunded and to ignore any emails. Today I got an email that my dress is in store and i need to collect it. I have already purchased the same item in sale at the store but not yet worn it. Feel like my head is exploding!

In my experience FatFace make good, quality clothing. The staff in store from my experience (Deepdale in North Norfolk) were very helpful and knowledgeable about their products plus very pleasant to deal with.
I have noticed some slight differences in price and stated size variations on line for a few products but nothing that cannot be clarified by a phone call.
Sizing seems accurate to labels.
All in all good quality product that lasts and washes well.

Men’s cargo shorts. I now have two pairs of cargo shorts, blue and green, both washed once and the colour has washed out unevenly. Yes sending to the charity shop. I would not recommend these men’s short. The shop assistant said some people like this washed out appearances. Washed out yes but unevenly washed out no.

The ordering online was easy to navigate and payment was easy too.
The pick up was very easy to complete , both on line at the shop where the female assistant at the counter was, cheerful,polite and helpful .

Really pleased with the quality and fit. Delivery was super fast. Two items had to be returned; the return process was easy and very convenient.

When I placed my order the skirt was in stock and due in store two days later. I then received an email saying there was a short delay to my delivery. I’ve not received any further communication about my order or been told when I might receive it!

I purchased a FatFace shirt, but the material is so rough and itchy that it is completely unwearable. The quality is appalling and feels incredibly cheap.

I had always wrongly assumed FatFace was a reasonably good brand, but this shirt is chalk and cheese compared with another brand I purchased at the same time. I would be ashamed to sell something this poor. Perhaps the directors should try wearing their own products for a full day—they would soon understand how uncomfortable this garment is. Absolute rubbish added into the bin! waste of money.

Nice shop, nice staff

I had 2 emails advising that my order was ready to collect from the Chelmsford branch of Fat Face. I went on Friday and they didn’t have it in the store. They were very apologetic but I didn’t want to have to go back if it eventually came in so asked staff to return it for me.

Super fast delivery and very pleased with the feel and look of the hoodies, though not washed them yet.
