Are they about to go Bankcrupt?
The worst administration ever. They are not in control of payments and recharge members twice despite the fee has already been drawn duly by Betalingsservice.
And we are asked to approach Kundeservice instead as if this was a customer problem instead of empowering their staff to handle it locally.
Make sure to check you account statement!

Nice fitness make my life easier
Nice fitness make my life easier, has almost everything you need.
Fitness DK has a high quality holds, I never feel I waste my time coming to the holds at all when it is Les mills holds. Zumba is not so fun when the instructor has to create their own choreography and they happens to be not good at it. The standard is somehow lower without les mills. However the popular holds timing is a bit inconvenient, too early in the afternoon, I cannot make it in time.
The equipments are well maintained and modern. Having soab ready in the shower is small thing but means a lot not have to carry a lot of things around.
All in all, a good value fitness club!

Not entirely satisfied (Parken)
There are not enough exercise mats, especially when there are classes. It should be good to allow also the people not involved in classes to have some equipment left for their training. One bench is broken. Moreover, recently the sofas in the "lounge" area have been removed to give room to clothes for sale. It looks more like a Sportmaster store other than a gym right now.

Nice place to train
Fitness dk is a nice gym to train and to get fit. The staff is usually very nice and helpful, however I had some problems with them in the past. Now it is getting better!
The instalations could be a bit cleaner, but I guess since there are a lot of people going there it is difficult.

I like this gym very much. There is a variety of classes. All the instructors are highly professional and really take care. The location of the club is very convenient for me too.
Though some classes are so popular and the waiting list is so long, there’s little chance to get on the group. That’s a bit disappointing. Also, when morning classes in room 1 go very close one after another ( like Tuesday morning ), the room needs airing.
Generally, I’m satisfied with this club. Thank you for your work!

Feel like just a number
I feel like just a number in a big fitness chain. No attention given even when requesting for one on one personal training. No proper on boarding to new members. You discover everything and often at your own cost.
