The whole process of purchasing the tickets online was straightforward and easy and the best price I found. The problem was that I was traveling with my four year old granddaughter and although I asked for side by side seats for us, when I confirmed the flight prior to departure i found out that, on no leg of the trip, were we seated together.
it was simple and fast booking and finding the perfect flight at the best value price,,i saved so much money and time from seeing a travel agent in person .was all at the click of the buttons ,
Do not, I repeat DO NOT book a flight w this company, they are scandals. I dealt with what felt like unprofessional 18 year old as my customer service reps and am very dissatisfied in every aspect with this company. I will never be doing business with them again, and suggest you pay the extra $15 to take your business elsewhere.
I bought a ticket with FlightHub for the first time, (Montreal to Fort Lauderdale). When I reserved, the price was $393. but I received a change in the price before receiving the ticket confirmation and the price was change to $432. On the ticket confirmation, it was written the first price "$393." but I paid on my credit card "$432."
This experience is unacceptable and unreasonable. It's the first time and the last time I buy ticket with your company.
I travel by plane since 40 years and it's the first time I live something like that.
Bought tickets for our family trip from Edmonton to Dhaka. Got great deals! About a couple of hundred dollars cheaper per person compared to other sites!! Then China Southern changed their flights and our itinerary got all messed up. Called flighthub customer service and they fixed things for us superfast. Many many thanks to agent Akissi. I used a different airline website to find the best deals for a trip...that led me to Flight Hub. The entire Flight Hub experience was disappointing and frustrating. Here's what I learned:
-Flight Hub advertises fares that they cannot actually book. That means that the customer may not get issued a ticket, even after going thru the entire booking process online. Flight Hub comes back to the customer and says the airline did not accept the booking at that price....then why does Flight Hub advertise fares that are not offered by or acceptable to the airlines??
-When Flight Hub is unable to book the ticket at the fare they advertised online, it takes them at least 12 hours to inform the customer that they did not actually get a ticket at the offered price. Prices can move a lot in 12 hours...and based on my experiences with other travel services, an airline tickets are typically issued within 30 minutes. 12 hours is totally unacceptable.
-Calling Flight Hub customer service is an exercise in futility. The waits are generally long and the agents unfriendly. I was told twice that "the manager is at lunch right now, but I will leave him a note and he will call you back." Of course I never received a phone call back from them...which didn't surprise me at all given the overall poor experience I was having with them.
Bottom line is that I will never use Flight Hub again and will advise all my friends and colleagues to avoid them as well.
You have made me feel comfortable, secure and safe. I will be celebrating my birthday in the U.S.A. visiting snowbird friends in Las Vegas and Fort Lauderdale. I know that I will be returning to Buffalo from a pre-plan scheduled flight were my son will be picking me up and then return to my home in Ontario Canada. I will submit a truer rating once my vacation has been compleetd on January 17, 2014..Next vacation I believe I will book all flights from FlighHub and not have to deal with other agencies; so long a s the price is comparitable. Flighthub is a horrible and corrupt company. Once you buy the ticket from them expect them to treat you like sh.it. once you want to make any changes. They asked for a $450 change fee which is ridiculous! I called the airline directly and they would change it for only $150. I called them back and they said the airline is charging this fee but in fact it goes into their pocket. Daniella even tried negotiating to $350 which shows they are pocketing the money. Also make you wait on the phone for hours and then they abuse you on the phone! I was verbally abused by another rep PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
I needed to call 4 times to the 647 number, since the 1-800 number was always busy. The 647 number is from Canada, which nowhere in the website is expressed, so beware of that. The 1st time I called the 647 # after waiting for more than 10 mins. because supposedly there were 14 people waiting, I was cut from the system.The 2nd call I waited 45 mins to get a representative, who told me I had to pay $360 in penalties, which was higher than the cost of my flight ticket, plus $150 because it was considered an international flight, plus any other charges from the 3rd party. I inquired about the reason of the penalty because it was not stated in Flighthub’s website, at which he responded that it is clearly stated in the terms. I completely disagree with it, since the way it is expressed is not that clear. For some reason, the communication was lost, and I needed to call a 3rd time. This 3rd time I was in the phone for about 8 minutes and I was disconnected from the call. The last time I was in the phone for 78 minutes trying to resolved my situation. At the end of the day, I was given another flight after paying all the fees they mentioned, which could be considered as a little extortion. At the time of all this, I didn't think of another alternative, but the alternative was lost the flight and forget about vacation... It would have been cheaper... so basically, I paid twice for 1 flight, and some more. I wont purchase another flight through this company since it was too much of a hazard dealing with them, and some of the customer representatives were not friendly at all.
This is the first time that i booked a ticket online. I was always scared of buying tickets online as people used to tell me that it should be done through agents; the reason being that it is easier to follow up with agents if you need to do a cancellation or make any changes to your journey. However, when i tried flighthub, i felt so comfortable from day one. Thats the reason that i bought the ticket despite the fact that i never wanted to buy online. First, i got a very good deal on price. Second, i called up flighthub a couple of time on different occasions to sort out my queries and the support that i received from flighthub was excellent. i would rate it as 10 out of 10. Asfar as i am concerned, i will always buy my tickets through flighthub whenever i need to travel. Keep it up Flighthub. Best wishes. Lalit
Once booked I realized that there were insurances add that I did not want. I called right away and had the one removed, for some reason they did not remove a charge of 39.98. I have now called and been told that I had to call the same day to have this charge removed. I did call and the charge was not removed.
I will not book through this web site again.
While struggling with major flight booking/purchasing websites online, i could only get my preferred route in FlightHub. Even though it was an expensive trip for me $718.43 for round trip fare YEG-BWI and DCA-YEG, i was able to get the desired airport and time.
5 calls of 30 min average in the phone plus rude conduct is what it took me to find out I could not change the purchase my daughter had made 5 min after purchase. Even having paid the $20 fee to change flights with 12h after purchasing. Outstanding company and service. Highly (never) recommendated!
While looking for flights for my son, I found that flighthub had the cheapest flight from Vancouver to Tampa. I decided to book the flight and it was very easy and no hassels. There were no unnecessary questions and that's very important to me.
Update.....After calling Flighthub as soon as they opened the next day, they reversed the $39.99 charge no questions asked.
Also when asked they confirmed that the price of a ticket can not be increased once you have confirmation and ticket in hand. Only if the transaction has not completed for some reason and the airlines increase prices is your ticket subject to change.
Our flight is 6 months away, so I will comment on full service once it is over.
Didn't realize that purchase guarantee is automatically selected. Didn't notice until I completed,the transaction and it showed up as $39.00 added cost.
Make sure you check ALL cheap flight listings, found one for $120 cheaper 5 minutes after I pressed accept booking.
Some web sites do not present all available options. FlightHub gives you a superior level of choice.

the agent on the phone was difficult to understand as english was not her first language. also lots of background noise added to the confusion. i finally gave up and booked the trip on-line. no problem there.
Only had trouble with seat selection. Had to submit 3 times before the selections were accepted. Probably need to wait to make seat selections after flight has been booked. That was the only glitch! Great experience.
