Trustworthy, easy, reliable, affordable, excellent programs.

This app absolutely sucks now. It open at random times on your computer, doesn't ask to download stuff, takes 30+ minutes to scan a computer that was just scanned the previous day, and the app doesn't work at all on phones. I've used this program for over 10+ years now, I have no idea what happened or who took it over, but it is not worth your time to download now. Look somewhere else, there are plenty of WAAAAY better programs out there.

I used CCleaner for years but this software got worse with pop ups trying to sell me things. Who,s WTF idea was it to make the software worse. I cant even contact anyone except some AI garbage thats a complete waste of time. I have since deleted this software from all my computers. I have zero tolerance for software that trys to sell me more garbage. I dont need some popup trying to sell garbage. Remove this and make the free version free again.

I despise people who hide. You have stolen money from me and I want it back. I want my subscription not renewed - your product is worthless, to me if you steal money from me which you have done. I did not ever approve renewing my subscription. What are you protecting me from if you steal it.

I started using CCleaner when it was a fairly new product. I liked the initial ability to selectively clean my computer of unwanted & temporary files, and empty the recycling bin. It keeps my laptop operating well. I have grown to enjoy the newer feature like updating drivers and checking for software updates.

Tried a free trial and it does not work well. Trying to cancel and I'm told "it doesn't look like I'm human," so I refresh as I'm told to; same message: I'm not human. My pulse-ox says differently!
Between the product lack of worth and the game playing blocking me from canceling, I'd say this is a total SCAM!

I have used this for years and it keeps me aware of specific things that are affeting the performance of my PC, things that I would not normally be able to find.

CCleaner has been installed on my computers for many years and usually takes care of everything, despite the fact I'm using "ancient" software.

Its version 6.39 is great, lookswise and give you control over what you want to do. I wouldn't recommend version 7.0 as it doesn't look or feel like it is doing as much as it's prior version 6 did, was harder to understand and pretty sure they took some capabilities away, at least ability to do them via the lacking GUI interface.

I had trouble loading my renewal and up grade. I also needed to update my Discover Card #. The CCleaner now works but I don't know if my new payment # has been updated.

Absolute worst company to deal with. It's impossible to cancel a subscription on their website (Cleverbridge), and even though I have automatic renewal turned off and have used a virtual card that I also have turned off, I consistently receive an email saying my credit card was declined. If it weren't for the virtual card that allows me to turn off payment, I'm sure Cleverbridge would bill me regardless of my renewal setting. BUYER BEWARE!
