Great gym but unethical business
Great facilities but unethical business practices. The equipment and location are great. After taking my son as a guest, they texted him an offer to join and waive the $50 membership fee. They did not honor it and charged him full price. He quit (out of principal) a day later and it was a nightmare to get his money back. The manager even called him a liar about calling back even though I was there when my son called!! Very unprofessional and unethical management team Feel they are too incented to get memberships and not focusing on customer retention.

Det er jeg selvfølgelig rigtig ærgerlig over, at du synes.
Nogle af vores centre trænger rigtig meget til en kærlig hånd og en genopfriskning, og den kommer heldigvis også ifm. navneskiftet til PureGym nu her. Alle vores centre bliver malet og får nye skilte, og kommer dermed til at fremstå friske og nye igen. Enkelte centre bliver også helt renoveret - præcis hvilke det gælder vil variere meget, og blive meldt ud løbende.
Dermed håber jeg, at du bliver glad for at træne i Glostrup i fremtiden.

Nice gym
Nice gym, enough machines and does not get very crowded. Opens everyday from 6 am to 12 pm. Is clean and the personnel is very friendly. Highly recommend.

Dishonest, unfair, no notifications whatsoever, yet big bills to pay show up later
Me and my mother and brother created accounts and started training. I was notified that I had to pay for 2 extra months because I did not cancel my subscription. I paid. My brother was never notified by any sort of email or anything, and has now a 1509 bill to pay. This is dishonest, unfair, and a scam like way to take money from you. I would never recommend this gym. The staff was unhelpful.

I received a payment reminder when I no longer go to this gym
Due to moving to another city, I decided to close my membership in this gym. I came and paid for the remaining two months and they gave me a check that I closed the card and took it away, a month passes and I receive messages that I have to pay for the subscription. What???
This is the second time I've come across this gym about their scams

When termination the membership, a termination period of the current month + the following is given. This means that if you, for instance, terminate the membershpi here in the month of May, it'll end on June 30th. This is stated in your receipt as well, that you always receive via e-mail. When terminating at the gym, a paper receipt is printed as well.

Great fitness, big, lots of great and new equipments , the only downside is the toilets never well cleaned, specially weekends. But all the rest is great.

I am sorry to read that you think the center is overcrowded. At certain times of the day, you may find that we have extra members in the centres. If you want to avoid this, we recommend that you train outside of rush hour.
When you terminate your membership, then the termination date is set outfrom the end of the given month plus one month, in accordance with our member terms and conditions.

It sucks to have to pay for another months only cause it is in the rules. That’s just a scammy way to make extra dollars. Hope you guys get undercut by competition and lose business - cheers :)

Most are good- but no music?
Most of these gyms are good, some are not so great.
They the volume of the music is so low you cant even hear what song is playing so you can awkwardly hear everyone train and grunt etc. It creates a very strange atmosphere, not fun at all.
