STOLEN PRODUCT - this company gave me a stolen product which I did not know until I went to sell it on. It was confirmed by Apple that the Apple ID on the laptop was on there previous to mine so now I have logged out of mine I cannot even use the laptop, the only thing I can do is give it to the police. Express Gadgets took no responsibility and ignored my messages

A true SCAM company!!! There is no compensation!! Never buy from this company!

He purchased a phone of me from eBay and then refused to pay, a lot of the phones they have are stolen I'ev registered it with Apple so don't expect they are guarenteed.

Ordered the slim wallet and eventually it turned up after several weeks.Leather wallet is actually faux leather and the material is only secured to the aluminium section with glue which is coming apart .Having complained I was given a returns number but I was expected to return the item to China at my cost.This company have got it made ,all they Sonia source cheap products from China and put them on a slowboat and when customers want to return items as being poor quality you have to pay return postage .Buy from this company at your own risk .

The service is abysmal. I ordered something over 2 months ago and all I've had is push back. I'm convinced it's now a scam site.

Please do not buy from Mr Gadget trading. This must be a scam company I ordered my daughter a swegway for xmas which is now broken, she is really upset as I have been trying to ring every day, no answer and I have also sent emails and letters to try and get this repaired, all I want is this to be repaired or at least a bit of advice. . They don't answer emails or telephone... please do not buy from here as they must have no conscience as a lot of these items are bought for children.....

Good company, bought some Shure headphones from them and they arrived about a week later shipped with DPD. They are a Hong Kong based company but trustworthy in my experience

ALERT ALERT...Please do not buy from Mr Gadget trading. This is a scam company with PO Box address in Leicester making it look like a uk company. I ordered my daughter a swegway for xmas and still nothing has turned up. U have been warned. They dont answer emails and telephone no either.. STAY CLEAR

I ordered to swegways and carts for Christmas presents. One arrived with bolts missing for the cart and no UK charging plug. Despite several promises that i would get a plug sent i have heard and received nothing!!!
Never answer emails or phone calls and complete jokers

Ordered a Watch strap over two weeks ago, still waiting, supposed to be Royal Mail 48hr, sent numerous E-Mails, No replies, also Phoned 4-5 times, all you get is a voice asking you to leave name and number, but nobody gets back to you.
I shall now speak to PayPal with a view to getting a Refund.

so bad service called them up 5 times and no answer

After a promise of next day delivery , 3 weeks on and I'm still waiting. Made numerous phone calls in which they said they will chase up and call back in which they failed to do. Eventually they said phone was at a sorting office nearby and was on its way back to sender and they would then personally deliver. 3 days later and I call them again to be told someone will call me by 10am Monday morn to arrange a delivery later that day. ...No phone call and no delivery. Tried ringing again that evening to either be cut off after a minute of ringing or it just rang. Now given up and reported to trading standards as well as my credit card company who are investigating.

Fast payment, would definatly sell to Gadgets4everyone again.

I used a comparison site and this company came up as paying the best, with quick turn around and constant communication. Well none of that happened, I sent in 2 phones, I received an email to say they had arrived and were being checked, I then received another email to say I was in a payment queue but only for 1 phone so I called up and enquired about the other phone to be told an email was sent to me outlining a problem with the phone, I said I'd never received the email and was told to check my spam, I again said nothing has been received so they finally resent the email. This email told me that they couldn't do the trade as the phone was on an American network, clearly this is rubbish, I live in the UK and always have so they then told me that the water damage trip sensor was active and the loud speaker didn't work, well it's never been in contact with water and the loud speaker was working when I sent it away, as a "gesture of good will" they are returning the phone to me without charge, I'm still awaiting delivery of this.
Now we move on to the phone that was supposedly in a payment queue, as the site claim to transfer funds within 48 hours I was not impressed that I had to chase payment 3 times. The first time I chased it I was told the payment would be processed the next day, a Friday, it was not. The following week Wednesday, still nothing, my second chase attempt I was told I was put in the express payment and payment would be in my bank within 48 hours, well 2 days later still nothing so I chased a third time, this time I was told it will be in my bank by 8pm that night. Well it was finally paid in and to my total shock it was over £40 less than quoted so I make another phone call to be told they sent me an email saying the phone has damage and did I accept the less quote, well firstly I never received that email and because I didn't receive it I didn't respond to it so gadget trader terms means if they get no response they recycle your phone and pay you less. Total joke, that phone was 9 months old, had ALWAYS had a strong case on it and had NO damage at all when I sent it, securely packaged, I complained saying I wanted to see a picture of the so called damage, I was sent a screen shot of the emails they sent to me 10 and the emails read 8, so clearly showing I've not received them all, and told the phone was recycled so they couldn't send a picture of any damage.

Absolutely disgusted with the service I have received and the amount of chasing via emails and phones I had to make to get updates on the process

The website claims gadgets are processed within 24 hours of being received and there are email updates throughout the process.
My iphone was received on 17th Feb - I used Royal Mail's tracking service. I didn't hear anything and called up on 20th to see what was going on. I was told it was in a queue to be tested. Then on 21st I received a mail to say it had been recycled and payment will be processed shortly. I called up on Tuesday as I hadn't heard any more from them, and had no idea what was happening. I tried about 3 times, but couldn't get through. I then managed to get through at about 5pm. I explained that I wasn't happy as it was supposed to take 24 hours and 9 days later I still hadn't been paid. The lady said she would put it through on BACS for the next day, so eventually, 10 days later I got paid, hardly in keeping with what they claim on their website. The same day I got an email saying I'd be paid in the next 3 days! I also emailed them when I couldn't get through on Tuesday, I've still not had a response to my mail. I won't be using them again!
