Bad customer experience. Will never (try to) buy here again.
Terrible customer experience. Placed an order for a "tuinkast"... no news for a few days... contacted their customer service (via Whatsapp) and they said they had some issues retreiving the product from a high location in their warehouse, and that I'd need to wait until after the long (Easter) weekend. No news again after the weekend, contacted them again and this time they said that "due to a systems problem" they would need to cancel my order and refund me the money. I wasted more than a week and received no product. Never again.

Easy order. Some damage when delivered.
Ordering was easy, and fast. Unfortunately all 3 items were delivered with some level of damage. They were metal storage racks, so ultimately didn’t need to look 100% pretty, but I did have to bend some pieces back into place to assemble them, and one shelf did have a significant dent which could not be fixed back.
