Great products!
After ordering the bag and frame from halfords, I realised that I didn't have a waterproof kit which would be very handy for my car. Purchased this and some extra ropes and they arrived quickly and efficiently. Thank you.

Ordering process needs improving. I received no order confirmation email or email confirming dispatch. I chased them for an update and got no response. Then the items just arrived and they look good and we've used them once so far.

Had a technical glitch which meant I didn’t receive any order confirmation but the response of the customer team was great and delivery arrived before my trip.

Bought the bundle offer with a 10% code. Definitely worth the full price! Easy to use and setup on any car. Very quick and efficient order/delivery. Haven't tested waterproof ability but feels and looks like it will definitely stand up to the claims. Quality materials and seams. Haven't been able to try the wet weather sponge type add on for help with water ingress but seems like you could just put your own foam in the same spot if you have any.

Managed to order my item hassle free over the telephone straight from the company. Customer service was prompt , helpful and friendly. Delivery was quicker than expected. Item is good quality and fits the use that's its intended for.

Decent product - did a fair amount of research on this beforehand and opted for the 175L which has a huge amount of space - having seen many large roof bags on car roofs flapping about I think you are far better opting for a smaller one and ramming in full to the brim. so wind travels over it better. Just completed first 400 mile trip and no dramas whatsoever - also in rain and contents came back dry - which is great.

The ordering was so easy to go through. The delivery was so quick and came with no issues. The product was very easy to put together and worked really well. Definitely recommend this product to other people thinking of getting it.

The straps are sturdy. They are difficult to thread and the instructions are not the best. Would be great if they came with some form of elasticated retainer that you can wrap around the roof bars to stop the ends from flapping against the roof

Good communication and great feedback

Quick despatch of item. Even when I hadn't received a confirmation of purchase email and contacted them they responded within 30 minutes to reassure me that my order was on its way to me, arriving that day. So far everything we have ordered looks to be such good quality and easy to use.

I purchase was good and an excellent product, however the delivery was absolutely rubbish. They used DPD and was told 3-5 working days for delivery. Once I had been sent a message by DPD saying they had my parcel, I left clear instructions that if I was not at home to leave parcel with next door neighbour. We both have ring door bells and driver did not come to my house or next doors. Then we had a message saying sorry your not home. Parcel taken to nearest collection point at the Coop, No address of the Coop so I had to visit 3 stores before being able to locate the parcel. What a crap delivery service and I suggest you use a different carrier.
