I can't understand the sequence in…

I can't understand the sequence in which the Tassimo pods are listed. You have to look at every oner before you find the one you want. In addition the pods described as Morning coffee strong and intense XL would not work with my machine. I had to throw them all away. The Colombian ones are OK

Good coffee, good price

I like the range at KaffeK - it's different to what you can buy in the UK supermarkets. It's cheaper as well, even after you add the delivery costs, so worth waiting a few days for your coffee pods to arrive!

Extremely disappointed!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience.

I placed my order on June 13 and, after more than 20 days, I still have not received my package. The tracking information has shown no meaningful updates, and neither the shipping company nor the courier can tell me where the parcel is.

Customer service has been polite, but all I have received are repeated apologies and requests to wait while their shipping partner investigates. As the customer, I paid for my order in full and should not have to bear the consequences of problems between the seller and their carrier.

What frustrates me the most is that I requested a refund, but was told they cannot process it until the carrier completes its investigation, leaving me with no product and no refund.

I understand that shipping issues can happen, but waiting this long without a clear solution is unacceptable. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this store.

Short sell by date

No problem with the company, easy to order and coffee arrived quickly.
However it became obvious why it was so low priced. It has a very short sell by date (less than six weeks). I will not be buying any more from this supplier.

I’ve been buying my coffee from KaffeK for the past few of years, and I couldn’t be happier. Their service has been reliable every time, with fast delivery and great customer care. If you’re looking for premium coffee from a company that genuinely cares about quality, I highly recommend KaffeK. Five stars!

Best coffee election

Good selection of pods. I buy for DG, own brand pods represent great value, not so with the genuine pods. eg probably latte machiatto is one of the most popular and the box of 30 is £3 more than most UK supermarkets and the other 30s not much better. I am just selective in my purchases. Overall easy to deal with.

Not your fault

Not your fault. Parcel Force claimed to have attempted delivery on FIVE separate days claiming that on every occasion nobody was home. We WERE IN on every day. On 2nd day through to Fifth day they claimed to have tried to deliver the package but could not as nobody home. We were home and I even placed note on front door saying “FLAT 82 WE ARE IN”. On fifth day I spent the entire delivery window in my car with a clear view of car park entrance and front door. No parcel Force van attended but I still received an email stating that they could not deliver because nobody home. I had even nominated a safe place for delivery. I have photographic proof of sign on door and I took photos of my car clock every 10-15 mins
I spent FIVE whole days in waiting for this delivery
