Customer Service Experience Review
I am deeply disappointed with the terrible customer service and complete lack of professionalism I experienced.
I originally contacted customer service yesterday because my card was frozen for security reasons. The representative assured me it would only take a few minutes to reactivate. When it was still not working today, I called again, only to be told I had to pay off my balance. I explained that I pay my bills every month on the 25th like clockwork and had already paid off 11,100 SEK. The agent put me on hold, saying he would check into it—and then simply hung up on me.
Hanging up on a customer instead of providing help or answers is completely unacceptable. The representatives operate like robots with no actual authority or capability to solve simple issues, hiding behind unnamed handläggare (case officers) who apparently cannot be reached.
Customers are expected to maintain respect, but the agents can act however they want, lie about call-backs, and disconnect calls whenever a situation becomes convenient for them. This level of poor service and disrespect is terrible. Fix your processes and train your staff to handle customers properly.
