Taken advantage of
While the food was ok after we ordered our food and drinks ($72 US)
my wife went up to counter to get 2 glasses of tap water. They charged her $4.69 for that. In my eating in thousands of restaurants in my 66 years I've never seen that. I would understand of course bottled water but tap water. This was ridiculous and when I asked, that was their policy.
After that I felt ripped off and would not recommend this restaurant chain to anyone. Please complain and hopefully they will change policy.

Bones in my burger broke my tooth
Had a burger that contained pieces of bone which broke one of my teeth. Went to the dentist to fix it then asked vivaldi to help pay the bill. They refused to take ownership.
Avoid eating here.

Café Vivaldi has its ups and downs. The atmosphere is cozy and great for catching up with friends, and the food is decent, but the service can be hit or miss. Sometimes it's friendly, while other times it feels rushed or even impolite. Pricing also seems inconsistent, especially with menu items like burgers. It's an okay choice if you're in Frederikssund, but it might not be worth going out of your way for.

Bremerholm 1, København very not child friendly place, we were sitting outside and we couldn't take our small stroller at the table even though there was plenty of space I would understand if it was inside but outside, instead they asked us to take it on the street 😱 if you have kids look for some other place

It is in agreement with the fire authorities. you are allowed to have baby carriages enter the café, so that the baby can lie in it. So bacically only the price difference of 100 dkk was noted.

Would give a zero star if I could
Would give a zero star if I could. The server upset us so much with his aggressive, rude verbal tirade before we had even been seated. Do not even try to take an infant in a buggy to this cafe. He shouted at us twice to fold it up, even though the entire outside space was empty! We left before we had even managed to sit down.

The worst experience ever
The worst experience ever. Service was extremely poor, arrogant waiters, no information from them that you should place your order in the bar. We waited for 1h. We ate Cesar salad, the worst I ever had. The Chicken breast was so dry, uneatable.
The restaurant was not even crowded, and yet the waiters search for a free table at least 10min, before we got seated, and they gave us the worst table possible. I wouldn't under any circumstances recommend this place.
They should fire the whole staff

The service was poor, the server (Gizem) was not of the smiling kind.
I ordered wok with chicken. On the menu cashew nuts was mentioned but there were none on my plate.
The chair was to low for the table.

We spent altogether 700dkk for a launch. Although the restaurant wasn’t busy at all the waiters weren’t polite and they acted absolutely arrogant. Not a single thank you, welcoming. They were clearly annoyed by the presence of new guests. Absolutely disguasting and amateur behavior.
The food was acceptable. Won’t come ever again.
