I had a great experience with Rachael from the Lavish Alice Customer Care Team. Before placing my order, I reached out with a question about international shipping to the U.S. and whether I would be responsible for any additional customs duties, tariffs, or import fees.

Rachael responded very quickly and provided a clear, thorough, and reassuring explanation of how their shipping works. She confirmed that duties and customs are covered by Lavish Alice and even explained the difference between items shipping from their U.S. and UK warehouses, including the expected delivery timeframe.

Their customer service team was very helpful when there was a postage issue but I unfortunately had to return the item because it was too small. It has now been 28 working days (twice as long as it says it'll take on their website) since they confirmed that they had received my item. I've reached out via email and the portal on their website at different points over the last 5 or so weeks. My emails now seem to be bouncing. I think I'll have to get my credit card company involved now. It's a shame as I had been hoping to order the next size up.... UPDATE: after posting this the company issued the refund very quickly which I appreciate

I was very impressed with the customer service. When I had a query in relation to my refund I sent an email to enquire. Within minutes Amy had responded and had answered my question.

I had a legit question about the weight of the garment since I am using a Forwarding service and needed these details to ensure a fair fee for the delivery process, as unfortunately, Lavish Alice (LA) stopped shipping to my country. I was thinking and even expecting no reply due to my question. Surprisingly, I DID get a response and a warm one at that! Something I truly appeciate. Thank YOU to LA Staff, Rachael! :)

What wonderful customer service.
I love lavish Alice clothing, particularly their dresses. I purchased one recently and planned to wear to my graduation. Gorgeous dress but didn’t quite fit. Due to a family issue I missed the deadline to tell them I wanted to return the dress. Contacted customer service on Saturday and had a response in an hour and a label to return. No fuss, no faff, just genuine, lovely customer service. A rare thing these days. I am a very happy customer.

Fast delivery and the dress is just amazing the quality is high class.also the customer care Amy in particular,are excellent they dealt with my query promptly and extremely helpful and kind . I was a little hesitant to place an international order from the United States but really had my eye on a particular dress from Lavish Alice. My order was shipped and I received it more quickly than anticipated. The dress was beautiful and the quality was outstanding. Unfortunately, it was too large and needed to be returned. (I was not able to exchange for a different size due to the date of the event.) My return was taking longer than normal, and I reached out through Instagram messaging. Amy promptly replied. She was courteous, professional and went above and beyond to resolve my issue within minutes. I recommend Lavish Alice for their outstanding quality and also Amy for her excellent customer service.

Returned 2 dresses, confirmation from Lavish Alice they have received my returns over £250, it’s been over 14 days and no refund. I have sent 2 emails which have been returned undeliverable and sent a message through the website and nothing??
