Data got exhausted very quickly and network distortion in Plymouth. I have purchased top up data of 5G twice in 3 days. The last one got exhausted almost immediately. I contacted Customer Service and was well attended to by Shubham Kandulna. Well done Lebara.
Santosh Kambal was my agent for Lebara. My complaint was addressed immediately and the solution was quickly found.
Very relieved I wasn't held in a long queue telling me how important my custom was...
Lebara customer service is second to none. All public services should copy their business model. I cannot tell you how many hours of my life have been wasted in phone queues!

What has gone wrong with Lebara UK? The service has become awful... Terrible reception, poor customer service, they make uou offers by email and SMS and don't honour them. When I called them to discuss an offer sent by email that didn't work, the Company representative said they'd not sent me anything and I was making it up?
The last conversation kept breaking up with their advisor, he told me to speak up, it was their (Vodafone) network which is garbage. Abroad, Greece, Spain etc its great, UK awful!
Wow, I've been with them many years and was always very happy. Not anymore....

Competitive prices but no EU roaming for over a week- still no resolution. Both out phones having issues abroad. Customer service are responsive but no fix and very confusing conversations. For example I have to repeat the issue over and over especially since they insist someone will call me when I say again and again that my phone can't receive phone calls...
