Mimi

Love them clothes. However, when I first got on the site I wanted to order something but the site was difficult . Later in the evening, I was able to put an order thru. You should re-evaluate the order process on line.

Horrible Service

I don't know what type of experience you are receiving from this company, but mine has been a total nightmare. I paid for an order and never received it. They use these carriers that don't read or know how to enter the building, and if the door is not wide open, they will automatically take the package back and indicate "business closed." What is so bad? This is a big call box and a big sign on the wall. It tells them to use the call box by looking up the residence name to get buzzed in. Seems, that is too much work for them, so they mark your delivery as "undeliverable business closed, and never return to make an apporiate delivery." Weeks and weeks after, you're still fighting with them to make the delivery, even after you've provided them with an access code to enter.

Had I known in advance that their delivery service was this horrible, I never would have bought anything from their company. Be assured, I will never do business with these people again. Stay away, stay away, I urge you to take heed. To this date, I've not received the package I paid for. Keep in mind, I made this purchase back on May 28, 2026.

If you do business and this happens to you, don't say you were not warned. BE AWARE! Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

If I could leave a ZERO rating, I would. If I can get out of this nightmare alive, this was my first time doing business, and it will be the last time
