Missing item, bizarre packaging, zero accountability

I ordered a bag costing several thousand euros as a treat for defending my PhD and a silk top. The bag arrived; the silk top did not. The box itself told the story - it was stuffed with unnecessary packaging, including a suit cover for a suit that was never part of my order and closed with a single layer of loose paper tape.
Despite a clear, documented report, they are refusing to acknowledge that anything is missing and refusing to reimburse me. I have paid in full for an item I never received.
I am natrually going to challenge this with my bank but needless to say, never ever ordering from this company again. At these prices, the entire proposition is trust. That trust is gone. I cannot recommend ordering anything high-value from Net-a-Porter - you may well just lose your money.

Skirt was excellent quality and colours matched the photo on the website. Well packaged and presented.
Sadly the skirt did not suit and needed to return.
The return instructions did not match entering the detail on the DHL website, eg there was no opportunity to state the waybill number. Clearer guidelines needed.
Phoned the number for collection instead, and all worked well.
A lapse in quality control
A lapse in quality control. I received a shirt with an obvious flaw in the front of it, clearly visible and had a sticker with an arrow pointing to the flaw yet it was packaged up and sent to me. I did not buy a ‘second’, I bought a sale item and expected a perfect gatment

If I could leave less than a 1 star u would, I contacted customer service to ask about my order where the nominated delivery u had chosen was Tuesday 9th June I was told I had chosen Wednesday 10th June and I was told that it was was being shown
I asked if at this point “isit possible to cancel orders” I was told that this was possible then I was sent another messages saying my order had been cancelled
I replied and said I didn’t want to cancel nor did at any point I ask for it to be cancelled I was asking a question to which I got a reply saying
“ sorry for the miscommunication between us and if I wanted to order again I can go back on the website to reorder” even thought my refund hadn’t even yet been processed I wouldn’t use net a porter again or recommend to a friend the service is quite frankly appalling!!
Expensive order sent out and delivered in a tatty box-unacceptable
Just received an order from Netaporter a few days ago. This order is worth over £400. The tatty box it was delivered to me is disgraceful. I shall therefore consider sending this back.

Think there is a big difference between the delivery’s in Europe and the US. Sometimes very sloops packed when delivered in the states. Live in both Sweden and the us.

Paid £10 next day delivery for a Hunza G bikini to arrive in time for my holiday. Ordered well before the 3pm cut off and took two days to arrive so could not take on holiday. Called customer services who said they would refund the delivery and refund never arrived. First time using Net-a-Porter and sadly do trust to use again.

You don’t get the exact date of the delivery, the package was delivered when I was away. I requested the UPS driver to leave at the front door meaning my apartment but the stupid driver left the package at the front door of the building, not secured area at all. There is a chance my package will be lost while I am away. Bad experience and possible loss. I received notification of the package delivery and it was delivered the next day.
Extremely disappointing
Extremely disappointing. Placed 2 orders week ago. Have not received the items , zero shipping notification. Contacted customer service only to receive an email with DHL tracking for one of the orders-showing that shipping notification has been received(nothing has been shipped actually). Definitely my last time using it.
