Exercise caution when considering their pricing.
I placed an order for a CASIO watch on Guldsmykket.dk by Houmann. Subsequently, upon inquiry about my order, they requested an additional payment, citing an error in the initially quoted price!
Regrettably, I had foregone the chance to acquire the same item at a discounted rate from another online store. Presently, they are unable to fulfill my order.
It is advisable to approach their offered prices with skepticism.

Yes - for sure mistakes can happen - and in this case a mistake was made - and should be very obversely.
You tried to order a watch with a retail price of 10.500,- DKK that we by a mistake where offering to 2.150,- DKK
As we on our webshops do offer goods from our own stock, but also goods from suppliers stock or jewellery made specially for the order, we have by E-mærket been approved to be a shop, where you do make offers to buy - you don't place a firm order - we have to coonfirm the order finally as we need to check with suppliers and producers the final deliverytime.
This is stated several places in the shop and also you do confirm it when you place you offer.
I agreed that price mistakes should not happen, but as moste of the input on our website is made by humans, unfortunately it can happen - and we ar esorry for this.
We have offerede you a discount on the watch, but this you have turned down
Also if you are able to show us the other offer we would gladly try to match this price for you
I have contacted you again directly enable to see if we can find a solution

Watch came dead, strap broke quickly
I recently ordered a watch from urskiven.dk (by Houmann), "Seits herreur med guldfarvet urkasse". It came with the battery inside dead (the crown was already pushed in), but I liked the look of the watch and it was quite cheap, so I just changed the battery myself and added holes to the strap. I know I can't return it now, that was the risk I took. But then within a week, the layers of the leather strap started to come apart (not where I added the holes). So I would just like to tell others to learn from my mistakes and warn about ordering watches from Urskiven.

When the crown is pushed in it'øs because we do check the watches before we ship them. If the batterie was dead it must have died from we shipped it to you did receive it.
If you have contacted us, we would have taken the watch in to change battery on our account, as we never leave our clients without a prober working product.
Regarding the strap
Again - have you contacted us?
If you don't do taht we are not able to help, so I suggest you send us a picture of your strap and we will take your claim with our supplier of the watch and for sure, if the mistake is not selvmade, but a production error, you will get a new strap for sure.

Definitely recommend!
We bought our wedding rings. As we were so close to our wedding, we were a little concerned about the delivery time. We were told that they would do their best to get them ready on time, but they actually sent them a week early! We love our rings.
