Travelled from leicestershire to Rotherham, after a horrendous slow journey on a hot Sunday afternoon when time was going against us the staff were fantastic, asked us what we we were looking for then pointed us in the right direction and left us to view ,we decided on the the Thetford dining table and 4 Warwick oak chairs,all paperwork was sorted and they allowed us to ring another day about delivery as my kitchen wasn't quite finished,even gave us cold drinks before our return journey home ,lovely staff and furniture

Today we visited the Thurrock store and was served by Saj. We couldn't have asked for better service. Saj was polite, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Nothing was too much trouble. We did not feel pressurised to make a purchase and was given space to make our decision. We ordered a table and chairs which I am confident we will be delighted with.

I ordered a Bradwell sideboard on Wednesday, it was delivered on Friday, came complete and fully formed and looks as good as in the pix on the website. Couldn't be happier. Great product, great service and certainly highly recommended. And I can tell ya, that's a rare thing these days.

Really pleasant experience. Customer service helped answer a difficult query on the metal type of the handles quickly and efficiently. The order was completed and arrived fully assembled with no issues. Units I ordered were great quality and really bring the room together. Will definitely use in the future.

Ordered table and chairs. They look great in my dining area., just have to assembled the legs on the table, chairs were fully assembled.
Items were well packaged and delivered by two very capable guys who delivered to the room of our choice.

Ordered a lovely small hallway sideboard at a reasonable price.
I had to divert to a different address on the day of delivery, the staff member I spoke to was very helpful and the delivery went smoothly.

Failed delivery the two man team basically did not even try to make the delivery when a suggestion was put to them they would come out with another excuse not to even try to make a attempt to make the deliveries that was the second team as well we were looking forward to having the wardrobe in our bedroom and we were bitterly disappointed with your delivery teams effort and refusal personally I think you as a company should change your delivery company

Delivery was as expected and the items unpacked and packaging removed. Furniture appears excellent quality. 2 small shelves in the dresser were missing, but dispatched later. Only reason for 4 stars was that the dresser came in as two very heavy units and we were left to arrange placing one on top of the other, which required paying for two strong guys to accomplish.

Set of four dining chairs were delivered as promised. Very pleased with chairs. They are stylish and comfortable.

Wanted to buy some furniture to our new home and saw some fantastic options online and went all the way from Scarborough to the Rotherham outlet to get an idea about the built quality and get the full experience. We were welcomed by Troy and he was a pleasant guy committed to what he does, knowledgeable and have been in the field for a while. He showed us around the store and explored our options and helped us to select items that we really loved. The store manager and everyone else was super supportive and tried their best to get everything right. We were impressed with the quality and after sales warranty given to us and the fact they take care of the furniture for 7 years for a very reasonable amount. They do premium delivery options were they assemble all your furniture and remove all the clutter, and have excellent finance options to manage expenses effortlessly. Overall very satisfied with the services provided by the Oak&More team. Cheers

We purchased a stone dining table from Oak & More. Unfortunately the item had faults. The reason for the 5 star review is how they dealt with the problem, so we would not hesitate to recommend buying from Oak & More.

We ordered a kitchen dresser in mid August and it was delivered within the stated time, when we unboxed it we were so pleased, the quality is excellent, the colour - mid grey- really looks good. Excellent value for money and very well made. No hesitation in recommending. Queried one thing( paint colour code) withcustomer service and information was sent through post haste. Our experience was nothing but positive.
