I called to sort out my renewal as my credit card company changed my card and I wanted to get a review of the price. OS3 answered my call, was very polite and helpful, had to send my query for underwriting review, but called me back promptly as promised and efficiently renewed my policy with an appropriate reduction in premium. Very good customer service, thank you!
