Dissapointing customer care & false advertising.
II used a photo-printing machine at Føtex, which printed approximately eight photos incorrectly. Customer service informed me that a satisfaction guarantee applied and that I only needed to pay and then email for a refund. This assurance turned out to be incorrect.
The issue required multiple email exchanges with different agents, each time re-explaining the situation. When I attempted to escalate and referenced Danish marketing law, Føtex stated it was not their product, while Cewe redirected me back to Føtex. After this, customer service stopped responding.
Although the matter involved only eight photos, it reflects a broader issue: when problems fall outside standard processes, responsibility is avoided and customers are left unsupported. I will pursue this as misleading advertising and hope it is reviewed by the Danish Consumer Ombudsman, as this is not acceptable business practice in Denmark.

As we have explained to you several times in several emails, the 100% satisfaction guarantee is only valid on our products ordered from our websites that are produced in our labs.
The 100% satisfaction guarantee is not valid on products ordered on the photostations in the stores.
The different stores buy their paper from us, but receive the payment from the customers in the store.
All complaints should go to the store where you printed and paid your order, and we cannot offer to repay something we do not have received any money for.

It was my first time using CEWE for my photo printing needs, and I’m very satisfied with the service. The app was easy to use, including the payment process.
