I've used Orbit print repeatedly over the past 4-5 years and they've been brilliant every time. Wouldn't use anyone else!

We ordered a 42 x 59.4 cm canvas and were then told by Orbit Print that they couldn’t print the photo we’d sent them (59.4 x 47.5 cm) on this canvas size and that we would need to go for a larger one. Several emails later and a phone call and we established that a smaller one was also available, but that it was apparently not possible to resize to the canvas we had originally ordered.

We then asked for a refund and were told that a 25% admin fee (up to a maximum of £9.99) is charged on all refunds. In the end we took the partial refund and ordered an almost identically sized canvas (40 x 60) with PhotoBox who had no problems printing our picture on it.

Our advice to Orbit Print would be either:
- Put a system in place which automatically checks that the size of the photo ordered is compatible with the size of this canvas chosen BEFORE you take people’s money (I can see no reason why in this day and age this shouldn’t be possible) and/or
- If you can’t print someone’s photo after they have placed an order with you in good faith, do the decent thing and refund their money IN FULL.

In the end all that we’ve ended up doing is paying Orbit Print £5.25 to waste our time, including to write this review. They even took 25% of the postage fee!

Amazing experience from start to finish. Great website interface and super responsive & helpful customer service. Quality of the frame and canvas is great and I have received exactly what I asked for. Was a present for a friend who is so chuffed having received it today - thanks so much guys!!!

Ordered a canvas beginning of January and rang yesterday as had no received to learn I had missed an email just a day or 2 after ordering about my print... completely my error!
Orbit print were amazing, resent email and I have received my incredible canvas today!!!! Only yesterday I sent photo, incredible service and my canvas is beautiful, amazing quality, will deffo be ordering every print here in future!

I was slightly conscious of the quality of canvas print, particularly as my photo was not high resolution and the prices of main high street printers were 3x higher, but they did an excellent job! Very happy with the print and premium canvas quality, will make an excellent wedding gift.

Absolutely fantastic service. A1 collage canvas ordered on Friday and delivered promptly on the Tuesday. Great Quality and the delivery updates made the whole process very easy.

Ordered 3 prints. Orbit print got back to me 4 days after the order was placed to tell me they couldn't fulfill an acceptable standard of print for my photo at the sizes I'd ordered but they would do them to different sizes, costing more, which I didn't want. I wanted these exact sizes as I had specific places I wanted them so I cancelled them.

Orbit print then charged me £10 cancellation fee. Clearly need every penny they can get. Disgraceful.

They have also tried complaining about this review and have tried to have it pulled down.

I'm glad that the cost of £10 has made Orbit Print as unhappy as it has me. I constantly advise people against using this company as there is much better, friendlier printers out there who are happy to work with you to get what you want ordered rather than tell you they can't do something and that they are going to charge you for the pleasure! Now, to top it all off, I see they have replied to this post calling their 'customer' a liar. Great service!

Unbelievably fast service and great quality, I ordered a large canvas late on Wednesday night and it was delivered on Friday morning precisely when indicated.

Emails kept me in the loop even within this short time frame.

I will definitely use them again!

Order sent 7pm immediately received an email to suggest pixel changes for quality. Replied to confirm happy to proceed and received the package within 36 hours. Considering the amazing prices I was Bowled over by the care and service taken by Orbit Print and won't hesitate to use them again soon. I would strongly recommend them to anyone considering canvas print work.

Really helpful and obliging company. They went out of their way to help me and meet my requirements. Speedy response and service too. Highly recommend them.

I have had two canvas's made from photos I have taken on holiday and was recommended to Orbit Print by my son who has had a lot of work done by them for his stands at various venues. I have no regrets whatsoever as the results of my photos on canvas are stunning. The service they give is excellent and their prices are not exorbitant. Give them a try I am sure you will not be disappointed.

I ordered a canvas print which I had had trouble ordering on every other website I used.
The website was easy to use, did exactly what I wanted & cost a fraction of the price of the others.
It arrived a few days later, well packaged & the quality is excellent.
I would use them again without a doubt.

Incredible service from Orbit Print. Placed an order and had a question, the answer appeared lightning fast.
Company extremely helpful and thorough. We couldn't do the photo I had sent, as it needs to be absolute original, not transferred nor copied via email, social media etc, we didn't have the original from camera, so changed photo.
Item was printed and delivered pronto after that, in fact make sure you are going to be in, you could find item on way, before you even imagine it might be.
Great item, sturdy MDF frame, well packaged and courier kept it in great condition and delivered within an hour's time slot (they give you this on day of delivery, often first thing in morning).
Not only that, Orbit Print are such great value, for canvas prints or other items.
Will hopefully find a great photo that needs the services of Orbit Print again in future, meanwhile go for it!
