I had to file a complaint with the Minnesota Attorney General to get a false Paypal charge refunded. Paypal is a parasite on the financial system

Honestly, you know my order arrived with missing items so I had to call them twice. Avoid if you are in a hurry.

I too have used PayPal for years with no issues. Getting refunds from scammers was simple and quick. I always used them when buying from companies I didn’t know. (Now I check Trust Pilot). I bought merchandise from a company supposedly with a ninety day return policy, no questions asked. I applied for a refund within that time. The company was unresponsive so I filed a claim. I was denied twice because PayPal has its own policy of 30 days. I’m canceling my account and canceling my credit card.

HONESTLY, THE APP CRASHED WHEN I TRIED TO SUBMIT MY ORDER WHICH MADE ME REGRET BUYING FROM THEM! WOULD THINK TWICE BEFORE USING AGAIN!

JUST SHARING MY EXPERIENCE, THE TRACKING NUMBER DIDN'T WORK FOR DAYS, LIKE, AND I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED A PROPER REFUND! REALLY EXPECTED BETTER!

To be honest, customer service was practically non-existent, kinda, which is unacceptable for a company this size. Hope they fix this.

TO BE FAIR, THE TRACKING NUMBER DIDN'T WORK FOR DAYS, KINDA, WHICH IS UNACCEPTABLE FOR A COMPANY THIS SIZE! NOT IMPRESSED!

I have been trying to close my PayPal account for at least 3 months. Then they came up with the charge that they said I owed them $5 and some odd cents. And I asked him how I could take care of this and they said I needed to call my financial institution and get them to take back a double charge that they did causing this deficit with PayPal of $5 and some odd cents. So I did and it disappeared off my PayPal account so I no longer owed them money. I waited several weeks then I called PayPal to close my account they keep telling me they can't close my account because of the dispute that's still in review. Today they told me they would send it to the back office again for a review and they would send me an email within 75 days. Do not use PayPal it is a rip off.

Do NOT take paypal credit out.
I arranged for a repayment on 14th August, but they ignored it so they could charge me a late fee 5 days later.

Just sharing my experience, the packaging was completely damaged on arrival which made me regret buying from them. Save yourself the headache.
