Finally in The Hague! Great products at a reasonable price.

I ordered 2 items, i never got an email, it never got delivered, but the payment dit happen. Tried to call the help-line several times, it's always busy, no matter when you call and then the line get's cut off, they suggest to email them, but the email never gets delivered. Very very bad company.

Impossible to pay with Bancontact online, so I had to go to direct competitors. What was my surprise when i paid 20 euros less on the competitor website. Fix your payment issue otherwise you are going to lose many customers.

I've been a customer of Pharmacy by Medi-Market for several months now, and I'm thoroughly impressed with their service. The pharmacy offers a wide range of products, from everyday essentials to specialized health items, all at competitive prices.

Customer Service**: The staff is knowledgeable and always ready to help. On one occasion, I had an issue with an order, and the customer service team promptly resolved it, providing excellent support throughout the process.

I've had the opportunity to use Pharmacy by Medi-Market a few times now. The service is generally satisfactory, with a decent selection of products and knowledgeable staff. While there have been occasional delays in service, overall, the experience has been positive.

Items order , paid and not delivered due to 3th party problem ,but it remains responsibility of the vendor.
Customer service only responding in French ,not in Dutch ,and only with chat online.
Items promised to be paid back , never seen the money back.
Paypal payment now blocked. Let's see if we got now some respons.
Shop on this site on your own risk , if it goes wrong ,you won't see the items ,neither the money back.

This pharmacy is very kindness and honest

Misleading promos. It was marked 1+1 and I was overcharged 25€, the cashier said that the promo wasn’t for all the items… I could only get store credit back, which I’m still checking if it’s legal.. their prices are competitive, but triple check before you pay.

I am always happy buying my products in this store. Unfortunately one time I wanted to return a product in 2021 and I sent an email to customer service and have not received any response, even after 3 reminders... Very dissapointed in the way they handled this.

I ordered La Roche Posay products because they had an offer: for every 2 products i was supposed to receive an Anthelios cream 100ml. When i received the package they sent Lipikar products instead. I sent to customer service 3 mails. No answer. I was in one of the stores , asking for support, they took my phone number and still nothing . It's been 2 weeks and i cannot get in touch with anyone. It's a scam the offer they had.

I hate negative reviews, but their super promotion 1+1 is a pure lie.
Check yourself their offer on for example Avène Eau Thermale 150ml at 8,91€ 1+1. They create an artificial maximum price for one and than sell it as a 1+1 super deal ... That is cheating your loyal and enthusiast customers.
