Not customer-friendly when it comes to claims
We had 2 claims this year and 2 claims last year for broken products from different brands. We didn't get helpful replies via email and nobody seemed to care since babymarkt.de GmbH was acquired by babymarkt bm GmbH in July 2025 and they decline jurisdiction. The company is not customer-friendly at all and we are really annoyed and disappointed as the items were expensive! Please start taking care of your customers. As a family we need lots of kids stuff but we will buy somewhere else next time.
