I have been shopping on Privalia for several years and, overall, my experience has been positive, which is why I continue to place orders regularly. However, there are definitely some aspects that could be improved.

Prices are not always as competitive as expected, especially during sales periods. In some cases, I have the impression that the original prices are slightly inflated, making the discounts appear higher than they actually are.
Regarding clothing items, product descriptions are often quite limited, and it would be helpful to have more details about fit, materials, and product features. On the other hand, the information provided for cosmetics is generally much more complete and detailed.

The main negative point concerns customer service. In one of my orders, I received an incorrect item: instead of the trousers that were part of a set with the top I had purchased for my daughter, I received a dress that I had never ordered. The missing item and the incorrect delivery caused significant inconvenience, especially because the shipment arrived late and I was left at the last minute without the outfit I had planned for my daughter for a special occasion, having to urgently find an alternative solution. I submitted a complaint three times but never received any response from customer support, and I eventually had to manage the situation myself by returning the item. A more responsive and effective customer service would certainly make a significant difference.
Overall, I consider Privalia a good platform, but one with plenty of room for improvement. I would also appreciate the possibility of reading reviews for both products and brands offered, as this would help customers make more informed purchasing decisions, especially when it comes to less-known brands.
I will probably continue using the service, but I believe that greater price transparency, more detailed product descriptions, and a more efficient customer support service would significantly improve the overall shopping experience.

I bought a pair of Replay jeans, I selected the size in Italian but incorrectly, it corresponds to a smaller European size. The mistake is in the site that matches the sizes incorrectly. Unfortunately they charged me 7€ for the return. But it's not my fault! On the phone, a woman also told me that I would not pay anything, when I checked the refund on the card, I found € 7 less. Incorrect.

We ordered 3 pairs of sandals, and they got the sizes wrong on all 3, 2 of them were children's sizes, even though we had ordered adult sizes. Terrible experience.

Bought two items and I got them. Only problem is constant spam of marketing mails, they include coupons but if you unsubscribe you can’t have them.

I had a good experience. The product I received was in new condition and it matches the picture. The delivery could have been faster but I was told about the delivery date so I was aware.

Unfortunately, my experience was not positive. The items I received were dirty and stained as soon as I opened the package, which clearly shows a lack of quality control before shipping.
It’s really disappointing to receive products in such condition, especially when you expect a minimum level of care from the seller.
I hope they improve their quality checks, because this is not acceptable.

I have recently started using Privalia and it offers great value for money. So if would recommend it. The only problem IMO is the delivery process. I find it quite slow. If they could improve this aspect, they would be great as an overall platform!
