Very Disappointing Return Policy & Customer Service

I would think twice before ordering from this company, especially if there is any possibility you may need to return the product.

The mat I received was advertised as “lightweight and portable” and “easy to clean,” but my experience was completely different. The mat is extremely heavy and inconvenient to carry, and the material on the underside picks up dust, hair and debris from the floor very easily and is extremely difficult to clean.

I contacted customer service and explained these issues, but there has been very little flexibility. I was told that I am responsible for the return shipping cost. Because the item is so heavy, the cost of shipping it back is nearly as much as the product itself, which essentially leaves me stuck with an item I am unhappy with.

Customers should be aware of this before purchasing. If the product doesn’t work for you, returning it can be extremely expensive.

Unfortunately, this has been one of the most disappointing customer-service and return experiences I’ve had. I would not purchase from this company again.

I can’t be sure how good the product of a reputable firm is because it’s been lying on the suburb of my city for days. The problem is that the reputable firm itself, without consulting its client, chose one of the most irresponsible and lazy courier services in our region. In short, the money has been paid and the goods are not. So, 1 star out of 5.

The lifting belt I bought feels great, very supportive. Material and stitching is fantastic, especially for the price.
As well as the product, I had a complicated shipping situation and the customer support team were incredibly helpful - in touch via email proactively and made sure I received my order.
Very grateful and I will be using RDX next time I need equipment.

The food they serve in there office contains cockroaches and other insects in them and they don't even care about there employees so boycott them

The RDX Customer Service Team are amazing. I contacted the team in order to inquire about a replacement part for a boxing bag and within 48 hours of having made a phone call and email, they had sent me a replacement package with the necessary screws for the product. Great customer service. David Wilson in particular was extremely helpful along with Sam Anderson and Bryan Scott.

Had a really good experience with a customer service team member called Jonathan blake who had been really helpful regarding my purchase

Although there was a few issues the RDX team worked hard and resolved my issue within 20 minutes, sending out replacements asap. A big thankyou to Mr.Benson as he gave me 110% effort in supporting me with my issues.

ordered a few times when all other fighting sites failed me. my most recent order was the new mma gloves, great quality and an even better price. i think rdx is gonna be my new go-to for all things fighting

It is just perfect, and the delivery was fast. I recommend it.

This organisation is a real scam. Bought some boxing gloves for a girlfriend after just 4 months and being used for just 6 times they start falling apart. Wanted to return them because it's just a badly made product. A real customer services would have taken them back and made sure they either improve the product or make sure it's never being sold again.
RDX customer service just replied that the product only comes with a warranty of 90 days and offered a discount of 10% on my new order, as if I ever want to buy another RDX product!!!

The worst experience I'm my life
After 2 weeks I am the one who approached them to ask for my order who was to be delivered in 3 days max.
They said it's out of stock and if I want I have to pay extra for replacement a sick amount of 5usd 29 AED

I had a issue with a free standing punch, I was hesitant to email in but once I did the team was very understanding and really helpful, I was met with quick reply’s and troubleshooting, in the end they organised a quick and easy collection of the bag and sent out a replacement bag on a priority basis, overall I was blown away by the service at RDX! Again big thank you to everyone who helped me, amazing team they have

Punchbag with base arrived promptly. I then had a query and emailed the RDX team who replied within the hour late at night!!! Exceptional customer care. Quality appears to be first class ....will use them again and recommend for anyone practising boxing/MMA.

Purchased the 6 ft free standing punch bag nearly 3 weeks ago, customer service have been completely fobbing me off, they've dispatched the item twice and both times the courier service have not received it.

Still weeks later I'm left with no refund or my item

Dealing with RDX Sports has been a pleasure! I ordered this punching bag and it arrived quickly but without the chains. I emailed their customer service team and the matter was handled with urgency and I quickly received the chains with a complimentary item. The customer service team are incredibly friendly and offered a suitable solution very quickly. I understand that things do go wrong but these guys are going above and beyond to rectify any issues you may have and it’s great to see!

At first I had some problems with wrong sizes and a torn rash guard but after talking with the customer service ( wich was very fast at replying ) they replaced the Radhauses with no additional price.
But I find it a bit weird that you have to play for the shipping if you want to send back something especially because Rdx is so big

i have bought a lot of mma clothes from rdx and recently I got a pair of shorts that became stained when I washed them and they sent a new pair super fast great customer service👌

Ordered a rashguard from rdx. Shirt was perfect but had a small defect on the back.

Contacted customer service and got help straight away. They took my claim seriously and sent me a new shirt within 20 minutes. Never have i seen such good service.
