I use Hoppa a lot for when I need a transfer. Very good service. Transfers always on time. Communication is very good and precise. Customer service on the chat can be a bit slow. But overall 100% recommend.

I had a disappointing experience
I had a disappointing experience. I tried to contact them and waited 30 minutes before someone finally responded. They told me they would get back to me with an answer, but they never did. I then contacted my travel agency, who reached out to them directly, but they still refused to change the pick-up location, even though the alternative location was only 500 metres away. I requested this change because I was travelling from my hotel to the airport with a large amount of luggage, and the alternative pick-up location would have been much more convenient for me.
Very poor communication and customer service. I do not recommend them.

Absolutely useless called 10 times to confirm pick up every time they hung up, not one person can give you an answer my flight was at 12pm and I was still on the phone at 23:00 the day before it doesn’t take the brains of a rocket scientist to find out when my return journey would be 100% avoid

I strongly recommend staying away from…
I strongly recommend staying away from Hoppa. In my experience, they did not provide the airport pickup they promised. After arriving, nobody was waiting for us. When I called the driver whose details had been provided, he told me it wasn’t him, leaving us stranded at the airport with no help.
If you don’t want to risk losing your money or being left without transport after your flight, I would avoid this company. In my opinion, taking a local taxi is much cheaper, more reliable, and far less stressful.
