Great and helpful customer service
The courier company lost my Bodymod package in their own warehouse and it took more than 60 days to start the compensation/reclaim process (whicj was painfully slow and not customer friendly). When they requested certain documents from me, I asked Bodymod's support and their team were super quick, supportive and friendly. They were so kind to re-send the originally ordered products to me free of charge while they took over the management of reclaim process - so I have no further tasks just looking forward to receive my order and do not have to suffer from more administrative nightmare with the courier entity. Thanks a lot, guys! You're awesome :)

Wow customer service attitude is shocking, when I finally receive my order which of tomorrow is 8 days since I ordered which I keep getting told there’s a delay with RM due to the holidays i asked what holiday I had a rude response. Terrible customer service.

Refunded due to allergy
Unfortunately I had an allergic reaction to the jewellery which I didn’t realise I had a sensitivity to some piercing metals! I contacted Bodymod on WhatsApp and they replied almost immediately and helped talk through the allergy and refunded my entire order (of 5 piercings) as we could not determine if it was one piece or all the pieces that caused the allergic reaction. Jason was the individual who I was communicating with and he was great. Thank you so much for resolving this despite it not being anyone’s fault! Really good customer care! On a side note, the jewellery was beautiful and really good quality so even more gutted to be allergic!!

I chose the coupon and quickly recieve the code. Customer service were very nice.
