After I put order , and multiple phone calls , 3 week passes then they say my ordered parcel is lost , then they offer to refund the money 👎 Really ! Don’t recommend it.

I ordered three shirts and received free delivery.
Unfortunately, I had to return one shirt as it didn’t suit me.
I was surprised to see that the delivery cost was deducted from my refund, despite the initial free delivery offer.

I used to really like this shop. But they have changed for the worse! Stock is mostly the same and it’s rare they get new items in. All click and collect orders now must be returned via the post which you have to pay 49kr for. I paid 39kr for a sale item that doesn’t fit and I wasn’t aware of this change at the time. I now have to pay more for the return than the item itself, so overall I’m at a loss. Why can we not return to store anymore? It feels like a business going backwards.
