Got my package today and my Birkenstocks are exactly what I ordered and exactly as expected!
Also, the price... INSANE!

A few things for the company to consider in the future:
1) the box of my Birkenstocks was "pressed" like someone stepped on it or something (could have been the delivery company's fault though - the product was perfectly fine)
2) customer service contact should be made much easier and clearer, because it makes you feel a bit sketchy about the company, especially reading some of the negative reviews.
Especially, since the customer service team is so nice and helpful, it's a shame to "lose points" by not having a better contact system. A call line could definitely help.
It's just very hard to deal with a chatbot that is quite slow (I'm talking about the 48 hour thingy).
Would recommend contacting them through email, if needed. They reply fast!
3) took slightly longer to deliver than expected, but resolved it super fast and refunded the delivery cost (which I wasn't expecting and appreciated it a lot)
4) please, consider having more accurate and more notification updates regarding the package after it has been paid. it makes the customer feel more secure, knowing where the package is and what is happening throughout the delivery process.
Other than that, would totally recommend!
Terrible customer experience. I noticed an error in my order (wrong address) one minute after I made it. I tried contacting the company to correct it, and the only way is by filling out a formulary on Facebook which they may answer in up to 48 hours. They haven’t answered yet. Now, 17 hours after i placed the order, they have sent me an email that my order was sent. What should i do?

Great products for good prices with a fast delivery.
Happy to discover that the items I needed, which were difficult to find over all, were on Stylepits’ website. Good prices. Quick delivery. I’m very happy and would definitely recommend others to shop at Stylepit.

I have made a purchace on 3rd of december, today is the 30th of december, I never even got a tracking number for delivery, they have no customer service, I belive they are not in business anymore.

Selling fake shoes!!
The shoes i received is screaming fake!
The details, the comfort etc - everything is fake. Even the box the shoes arrived in is a standard brown box with no logos on.

The return system could be better
I filled in the online return formular and payed the 50kr. but It failed to generate a "return sticker" -leaving me with the message, that they will send one soon.
The question is - what is soon? And should i order the right size of shoes before i get a return sticker...hm
I've contacted kundeservice - this might take 48 hours.
Otherwise satisfied.
