It's like talking to a robot (You probably are!)

One hour spent trying to tell this person that it was EA's connection that's at fault. He sent me a troubleshooting link that basically told me it was my connection, but it doesn't take a genius to know if you get kicked off while in the middle of a game on fifa18, and when you try to connect you see a message saying the servers are experiencing high traffic it's clear that it's EA's fault, and not MINE!!!

A bad joke

EA support is like a bad joke, I've been calling them for 4 days and tried their live chat support and no one ever picks up.

Extremely helpful supporter, yet still bad service.

I contacted EA so they could help me get back a CD-Key I bought from G2A that was stolen.

They could not remove the game from whoever stole it, as they did not have that power. This is the first time I see a game client like this, that has no access to edit anything to do with someones account when it comes to games. Steam does this. Even crappy clients like Arc or whatever it's called can do it.

But hey, what did I expect, it's EA.
