Ordered a blazer on 18th May for an…
Ordered a blazer on 18th May for an event on 13th of June. Used the online 3D suit builder. Was careful to use my exact measurements and not measurements of an existing garment. I watched the instruction videos for each measurement and read the instructions carefully. My order was confirmed on that day and I received an email the following day informing me that they had begun cutting. I received an email on the 1st of June informing me that my order was in the finishing room and another email later on that day informing me that it had been shipped. There was a link in the email taking me to a page with my order timeline, tracking number and shipping updates. Expected delivery was shown as 4th of June which was super ok for me as it gave me time for any alterations etc. However, the expected delivery date kept on changing and the stated tracking number was not being recognised on DPEX track & trace. I enquired from customer services and was told to contact the shipper. However, the contact number for DPEX on that page was actually the customer service number for Royal Mail UK. I use Royal Mail a lot in my business for shipping and I knew that they are only providing last mail delivery services for DPEX so it's a bit pointless contacting them. Yesterday, 8th of June, the expected delivery was showing as 11th of June and I was starting to get really anxious. I read some reviews here and my heart sank. I had already prepared a stinker of a review in my mind to write, but when I got home around 10pm on that same day (8th of June), my blazer had been delivered. I was beyond happy especially as the blazer looked exactly as the generated image and fit me reasonably well. I was a bit disappointed that the silver buttons were not metal though. All in all, apart from the buttons, creases on the blazer (I'm hanging it in my bathroom) and the shipping anxiety, my experience has been satisfactory. :-)

Honestly the result was fantastic
Honestly the result was fantastic. I used the measurement guide and sent in every measurement. The tuxedo fit perfectly, in addition to being well constructed. You will need to have it pressed, so order with enough time for that to occur as it comes shipped folded up.

Slow delivery and unresponsive service
I ordered a suit on 20/5/26. Expected delivery 2 weeks ie 3/6/26. It reached quality control 30/5/26 and remains there (today is 9/6/26). Every day the expected delivery date was passed it just increases by a day every day, which makes me think that it is automatic and no one is actually doing anything to expedite delivery. We are now entering the 4th week.
5 days ago I emailed asking for an update, and to date have no response.
I understand that you are managing a complex supply chain, and things happen. But it is not too much to ask for a timely response to a reasonable request.

With "Made to Measure" companies it is so important to get fitted by a professional, first. The product came over a month late with…
The product came over a month late with no updates - contacted them over 7 times with the same reply by what seemed like AI and they gave no help or update and was the same response each time, ended up missing the date I needed to for (daughters wedding) even though I ordered it to be delivered with a month and a half leeway and they offered no compensation and stopped replying to emails after it was delivered extremely disappointed would not recommend - suit wasn’t even that great

I’ll be honest this ended up being one of the worst fitting outfits I have ever owned. The sleeves ended up being too short, pants too big, and it just didn’t seem to fit well. It was for a wedding and I was beyond unimpressed. Didn’t think I looked good at all.

I was alittle worried for the fit but it came close to perfect
I had to make small adjustments by a local tailor and Hockerty lived by their policy and reimbursed for the cost

Nothing fits - way to big
Placed my exact measurements on my profile and all the items delivered “trousers, shirt & suit jacket” do not fit. Collar on the shirt is several inches too big so you can see loads of chest, the trousers and really wide around the waist (again several inches too big), yet also too short on the leg length. Then the suit jacket is all over way too big (shoulders, stomach and arms), plus the button holes to not line up correctly.
I have submitted a claim but not heard back yet. I want a full refund and will not be ordering again. If they do not get back to me by the middle of a week with a resolution, I will be submitting a chargeback with my credit card company.
