Bought a perfume from their shop in…
Bought a perfume from their shop in Stratford but the 100 mls was not available. They then arranged for a delivery to my flat. However the item wasn’t delivered due to incomplete address. My flat number was missing on my order though I provided my complete address to them. Been asking the customer support but was told that I have to wait for 14 days. It’s been 2 weeks now and I feel like I keep on chasing for an update. I feel frustrated.

Please be assured that all products sold by The Perfume Shop are 100% genuine and are sourced from official brand suppliers or authorised distributors. We do not sell counterfeit or imitation fragrances.
There can be a number of reasons why a fragrance may smell or perform differently from what you remember. This can include whether the fragrance is an Eau de Toilette or Eau de Parfum, individual skin chemistry, temperature and climate, as well as natural changes in how we perceive familiar scents over time.
However, we would never want to dismiss your concerns. If you believe there may genuinely be an issue with the fragrance you received, you are welcome to visit one of our stores where our fragrance experts can compare it against our tester stock. Packaging
I’m quite disappointed with the packaging. The perfume was placed in a much larger box with no protective padding or bubble wrap, so the bottle was moving around freely inside the box during transit. This could have easily caused damage to the perfume. Please make sure fragile items are properly secured and protected before shipping.
