TOAST is by far my favorite clothing company for several reasons. Beyond their gorgeous, high quality clothing, their customer care team is truly incredible. I've been a TOAST fan for years and each time I've purchased something in store or online I've consistently received outstanding service. I live in the EU and recently had a customs concern regarding an online purchase (TOAST was not at fault) and their customer care team immediately jumped in to help resolve the issue. The entire customer journey when buying TOAST items is truly exceptional!

Needed to return an order run into issues through the site, I reached out via email and it was sorted in less than 12 hours (for context: I reached out towards the end of the business day, but by the morning it was sorted). Thank you!

I have being shopping with this company for many years and everything i have brought is a good fit and washes well.

Unfortunately 1st time in all these years I did not receive my parcel and spoke to customer's service and within a period of 2 hours they had sorted it for me..

I couldn’t log into my account to find out what size I’d ordered previously, so I used the online chat box to let Toast know. Mia immediately forwarded my concerns to the web team and let me know how I could access my account another way. She also investigated what I was looking for, provided an answer, and then followed everything up with a very clear email. Excellent service.

Company answered my question on gift cards in a quick turn around. So appreciate it

I was looking for a particular size of a garment. It was not available anywhere. Number of shop assistants told me that is sold out. I phoned Customer Services twice. First the answer was not available. I phoned once again, and a young assistant called ALISHA told me that she will try another warehouse. She sent an email. Promptly replied next day and found the correct size of the garment. THANK YOU ALISHA VERY MUCH.

Great clothes and great customer service (especially when things haven't gone quite right). Delighted with latest purchases, consistent Toast great design and quality. Marylebone Store helpful and welcoming as always, and when we had a glitch they were on the case and fixed things super fast. Delighted customer.

Excellent customer service

Toast customer service were unfailingly responsive and helpful. I had a technical issue that prevented me from viewing Toast live. Toast's prompt and patient responses finally enabled me to solve the issue.

I absolutely love Toast clothes and have bought many classic pieces over the years.
Following the demise of my cashmere/wool wrap I treated myself to another. Sadly the quality is not the same , thinner and smaller. Such a shame as the price tag remains premium.

Customer service is helpful and on time, but received a damaged pair of shoes, returned them and received the wrong size and style the second time. Trying one more time. Each time I have to repurchase. Frustrating situation

I really enjoy the products and the ethos of this company. If I go into store the staff are so helpful and knowledgeable and help select items that I will enjoy. In line is efficient and easy. Customer support has always been excellent when contacted.

I had an issue with Royal Mail sending the wrong item to the warehouse. Spoke to Rachel at customer services who sorted it out. Parcel got redirected. Fantastic service from Toast. Thank you to all at the warehouse who helped solved this issue. Fantastic customer service !!

I wanted help with what tops would go with a beautiful skirt. I received the most helpful email from Freddie. Thank you so much Freddie - all the tops are great - now I just have to decide which one or two.

They just repeat the information you gave right back to you without giving any support. I had reached out weeks ago about my package and they told me they didn’t have any control over it anymore. Now when I reach out about issues flagged at customs, they repeated back what information I had already provided to them without any acknowledgement that I am having a difficult time. The company does not seem to take ownership over getting their goods to their customers in a seamless manner.

I have many items from toast, try to buy on sale because things are pricey- hence 4 vs 5 stars! But always stylish and unique, quality made and ethically produced. Very good customer service as well - real humans. Purchased a pair of Vibae canvas shoes recently which frayed badly. When I brought this to TOAST’s attention, they immediately offered a full refund. I decided on a partial refund and have kept the shoes. Will keep coming back to TOAST.
