Not too happy
Horrible! I have used coach Plymouth Bristol (operated by Falcon) both ways and both ways was very stinky on all board. I don’t know why is so difficult to keep toilet clean, if yes better to clean up and close toilet completely. All the rest ok.

Don't book falcon or megabus
Having never traveled Megabus before i had a question about my stop and was traveling with minor that weren't mine and need to ensure the correct stops for them. The driver couldn't have been anymore abrupt if he tried. I only needed some clarification i wasn't asking for anything out of the job role.

Superb driver!
My boyfriend and I were travelling from Taunton (06/06/2026 at 12:42pm) and our driver was really welcoming and made us informed and feel safe with the briefing at the beginning before driving to the airport.

Respec and time!
Good morning! The first few times, I didn't have a nice experience, because I traveled in winter and I missed the bus, leaving from the opposite side, it actually passed in front of me! This happens at the Exeter-Honiton Road station! When I called the dispatcher they said they moved the station to the other side! Now yes, I take the Falcon from the Heathfield-Doundbrige round about station! It comes on time, respectful drivers, I hope it stays that way!

Overall very good
Overall very good. There was a one hour delay leaving Bristol airport but that was because of lane closures on the M5. Both drivers were friendly and kind, as usual.
